the bright warehouse helps us in navigating the returns and other concerns of our dear customers. i like how easy it is to filter what i need from the order number of the customer. i appreciate how smooth it is to check if the ordered items were processed, shipped, or returned. customer support is also easy since we can navigate the bright warehouse easily. i use this almost every day so i know how it makes my job easy to integrate to the other softwares that we have. when i first joined the team i thought that it would be hard to study how to use it but it was so smooth to implement in my routine in refunding the customer. i think if there is something i need a little help in the bright warehouse would be its specific features such as when i put in the order number i need to wait for the order number to appear first before hitting enter. but this is just so minor Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
