What do you like best about Bright Data?

The quality of the service is incredible, and the customer service is excellent. They also have a vast and stable network, ensuring that the proxy pool remains uncluttered. Additionally, they adhere to strict compliance measures, which I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bright Data?

There are very few downsides. However, the only issue is they wont let you buy more zones. They work very well with you to reduce costs for enterprise clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bright Data solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing Bright Data, we struggled with frequent blocks and routing failures during automated data collection, but now we can seamlessly manage large-scale proxy pools through our custom routing server infrastructure, which has resulted in 99.9% uptime and zero compliance bottlenecks.

We used to spend countless hours debugging unstable proxy connections and compliance issues, but implementing Bright Data's proxy network has allowed us to automate our high-volume workflows effortlessly while ensuring strict adherence to target site protocols and data guidelines.
