## Bridge Reviews
 ### 1. User and Admin friendly workplace LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge is easy to navigate, use, and administrate. We rolled this product out last year and have had an overall really good experience with user adoption. The Bridge team is also responsive and communicative with us.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

There are a few features like notification emails that still need improvement, as they create some confusion for our end users.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a central location for workplace learning and Bridge has been a great solve for this.

**Official Response from Nichole Marconi:**

> Thank you for your review! We're delighted to hear that. We value your feedback on the notification emails as well.

 ### 2. "BRIDGE LMS IS A WINNER!Authoring is easy & creating learning & dynamic tests is absolutely simple."

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle D. | Training Manager, E-Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

What I love most about The Bridge app is how it simplifies the entire training process while elevating the learning experience.

The Bridge app is like a tailored suit—it fits your organization’s unique needs perfectly. Whether you’re onboarding new employees or upskilling your team, you can craft content that speaks directly to your goals and culture.

It takes the "learning curve" out of learning platforms. With a clean, user-friendly interface, navigating training modules feels as natural as scrolling through your favorite app—no need for extra training on how to train!

With detailed analytics, I get to be the detective, uncovering learner progress, engagement levels, and areas needing improvement. It’s a data-driven dream for anyone serious about optimizing training outcomes.

Goodbye, boring slideshows! The app allows you to integrate multimedia, quizzes, and interactive elements that keep learners engaged and retain more information.

From HR platforms to communication tools, Bridge connects effortlessly with your existing tech stack, ensuring the training process flows smoothly without disruption.

Automation meets personalization—trainers can easily provide tailored feedback at scale, making learning feel more like a mentorship rather than a one-size-fits-all lecture.

Whether learners are at the office, working remotely, or on the go, The Bridge app delivers a consistent, high-quality learning experience across all devices.

In short, The Bridge app isn’t just a training tool—it’s a full-service learning platform that empowers teams and accelerates growth.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

While The Bridge app offers a lot of fantastic features, there are a few areas that could use improvement. One of the things I find limiting is the lack of advanced reporting customization. While the analytics are solid, having more flexibility to create highly tailored reports would offer even deeper insights into training effectiveness.

Another point is that content creation, while robust, could benefit from additional templates or more creative design options to make the courses even more visually engaging. Also, while the integration options are good, expanding the number of available integrations, particularly with newer tools in the training and HR space, would make the app even more versatile.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Bridge app benefits me by streamlining the entire training process, making it easier to deliver engaging, effective learning experiences without the administrative headaches.
Its real-time progress tracking and analytics provide valuable insights into learner performance, allowing me to make data-driven improvements.
The customizable training paths and seamless integrations help tailor learning to our organization’s unique needs, saving time while boosting employee development and engagement.

In short, it helps me create efficient, impactful training programs that drive growth and productivity across the board

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi, Kyle! We're thrilled to hear that you find Bridge LMS easy to use and effective for creating dynamic tests and learning experiences. Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us! It helps with onboarding training as well as keeping our employees trained throughout the year on various topics.

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> We're thrilled to hear that Bridge has made training across your organization easy. Thank you for sharing your positive experience!

 ### 4. Generally, a good learning tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge is easy to administer because it simplifies creation and management of my training modules. It integrates well with different sources which allows me to import content for use.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I haven't experienced any downsides yet.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge is serving as the learning platform for employee training and development.

 ### 5. SO far so good

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | L&D Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The simple implementation. Post implementation the customer support is great

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The CX is fairly restricted and it would be great if some personalisation were possible. During the implementation, having our technical support ona different time zone and geopgraphy often delayed issues.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ease of adminsitration of learning paths and complaince training

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi David! Thank you for your positive feedback on our implementation process and customer support. We appreciate your input about the CX and the need for personalization.
We are constantly striving to enhance our platform and will definitely consider your suggestions. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the time zone and geography differences during implementation.

 ### 6. Easy management and authoring to empower your team.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I like the simplicity of the authoring tool and the admin and manager privileges. I previously had a large team and we locked down editing privileges to only our learning team but now that I have a small team, I am able to empower managers and other stakeholders to create training or assign courses as needed. The customer service is also amazing - I prefer to use the chat but sometimes attend the live sessions to find out what I don't know is available.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I would like more authoring options. I know they do this to keep each course with the same look and feel no matter who is authoring it but I would prefer more options like text color or questions with a page of text so keep the learners engaged.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge helps us with knowledge management. I clone trainings that are similar and use that as a template to ensure it has the same look and feel and also lesson the development lift.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with our authoring tool and customer service. We understand your desire for more authoring options and have introduced Bridge's Advanced Authoring tool, powered by Gomo. Feel free to reach out to your Account Manager to learn more!

 ### 7. An easy to use, accessible LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2018

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The accesibility is crucial for as many of our staff are visually impaired or blind. The high contrast mode is great and we can't wait for that to rollout on the Author side. We haven't started building individual libraries, but I'm excited to do this in the upcoming school year.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I would really love the ability to edit and modify pages more. An HTML editor would be a dream. As it is, it's great for those with no HTML or design experience, but for those of us trained in it, the current setup is very limiting. In dark mode, the contrast on buttons is too little. Our low vision users have difficulty finding the buttons.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Keep up-to-date on all the roll outs. It's great that things are constantly improving, but that means they're also constantly changing.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance training! We used to do all training ina giant auditorium, this is so much better. We actually have documentation that people have spent time with the material.

 ### 8. Bridge takes the stress out of LMS learning for Government agency with external users

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jen F. | Education Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge provides an easy, intuitive use platform. The customer support that they provide, via email, phone and chat is the best. Their support techs are knowledgeable, friendly and patient with all requests, no matter how big or small.
Able to help a small government agency provide a diverse external population a mandatory course for their employment.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

My only dislike is that we needed to use a separate company to onboard our external users through the registration and payment process system. The partners just don't quite compare to the support Bridge provides.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We certify and re-certify our external users. Bridge's sub-account allowed us to brand for a larger corporate user.

 ### 9. Solid Product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler L. | Salesforce Administrator, Human Resources, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The ability to manage many subaccounts with custom settings and branding is essential for our work.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I don't really have any major complaints.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Distributing policies and training employees.

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> We're glad to hear that you find our subaccount management feature useful for your work. Thank you for your feedback!

 ### 10. Beautifully designed anduser-friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge has transformed the way our employees learn. With such an easy platform to use, it was a seamless integration into our application suite that employees could depend on for their day-to-day work. Bridge has given our employees access to learn whenever they want, however often they want, and keep track of their completions.

I would be remiss to say that the support teams, both customer service and technical, were a huge help in implementing Bridge into our business. With their help Bridge is a tool our employees can use each day to succeed.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Sometimes there is a lack of customization when it comes to certain products within Bridge, i.e. the Perform tool.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Democratize knowledge and how we share information, train employees, and keep up-to-date in the latest content.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with Bridge! We're glad to hear that our platform has made learning more accessible for your employees. We understand the importance of customization and have passed on your feedback to our product teams.

 ### 11. Bridge is an OK application

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James B. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

- Great reminders for users and admins that your staff or yourself need to review training
- Integrates with Office365 for SSO for MFA
- Can add different courses that ca roll up into a program - do not need to search for courses

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

- Confusing and hard to find who needs to review documents or course
- Hard to understand the layout and what is required from you as a user. Not sure what I need to do when I log in

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem Bridge solves is capturing who, when, and what staff need to read and be aware of like policy changes or updates and required training.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad to hear that you find our reminders and Office365 integration helpful. We will share your insight about the UI with our teams.

 ### 12. Versatile Product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura L. | HR Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

All the different ways you can put content together, stand alone, currated, programs, journeys. The time release feature and repeating required training is a must have. I love that it connects with ADP so we only have one source of employee truth.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I was really hoping to have a little more modular drag and drop building blocks for creating training with a deeper integration with Microsoft tools.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge is helping us move from managing training and compliance from a spread sheet into a dynamic and more usable experience.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi Laura! We're glad to hear that you find Bridge to be a versatile and dynamic platform for creating and managing content. The time release feature and integration with ADP are designed to streamline the training process for a more efficient experience. Thanks for your review!

 ### 13. Quality Learning Platform for Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

After switching departments at my job, I got to use Bridge to help with Onboarding to learn the fundementals for the new role. Having the Journey laid out for me made the process smooth and predictable. Now I'm also helping build an integration to help support our customers as well!

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

At first as a brand new user, I could have used a quick guide on where to find information around the application. It was a week before I realized that I could see due dates on the Learning page, because I was defaulting to the Journey page first.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's creating a centralized hub of information and learning in our company, which has improved the dessemination of information especially to new users.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Bridge and how it has helped you transition to a new role. We understand the importance of user-friendly navigation and have been making improvements to our online Knowledge Base - to make it easier for new users to find information and training regarding the platform.

 ### 14. Employee Training Made Simple!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

We were struggling to provide a single destination for all employee trainings, professional development, all hands meetings, etc. Then we came across Bridge!! It's intuitive, user-friendly, and it manages all of the back-end monitoring/tracking for you! Also, their customer support is always very responsive and willing to assist.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Although Bridge has made it very easy for non-technical users to build trainings, courses, and journeys, it can feel not flexible at times. Also, we've experienced odd behavior at times with login and email reminder issues.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Provides a single source for all training and development opportunities.
2) Provides assistance for HR and Org Health teams to track and monitor who has completed required trainings or other engagement opportunities.

 ### 15. EHS coordinator

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

I have no complaints at this time bridge is sufficient and easy to use.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

maintaining training compliance

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> Thank you so much for your feedback!

 ### 16. Bridge is user-friendly.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erica C. | Online Learning Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The most helpful are all of the support options. I can chat with a support person or find the answer to what Im looking for in the Community section. There are also video tutorials on the different tools that are used in Bridge. They are simple, easy to understand and short.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

What is least helpful or a disadvantage of Bridge is how long it takes to populate information. Sometimes the screen needs refreshing in order to upload a new page.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of having to gather all 2000 employees records for training and tracking.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi Erica! Thanks for your review and feedback. We're happy to hear that you're a fan of our support options -- you'll love our new Knowledge Base (coming soon!). We also love to hear that you like our reporting functionality!

 ### 17. Customizable, easy to use, great support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John H. | Sr. Manager Learning & Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Using smart groups to assign learning. Analytics to get managers what they need.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Checkpoint evidence is constantly bugged and needing to be reset by Bridge Support

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assigning compliance training program and reporting on it easily. Assigning lessons to enhance soft-skills for managers and employees.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi, John! We're glad to hear that you find Bridge customizable, easy to use, and helpful from a reporting perspective. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review!

 ### 18. Great Employee Engagement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge has amazing customer service providing immediate answers to all my questions. The interface is easy to navigate resulting in employee engagement and utilization. I love that Bridge is always working to enhance their platform, receiving customer feedback and designing a tool that is impactful for our organization.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The ability of managers and admins to easily navigate the progress of learners could be improved upon. I would also like to see an improvement in being able to view upcoming courses and their enrollments.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge is working to use AI to generate individualized learning paths. This is something we are striving for within our employee development planning process.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi there! Thank you for your positive feedback on our customer service and user-friendly interface. We understand your concerns about the ability for managers and admins to track learner progress and view upcoming courses, and will share that feedback with our product teams. It's great to hear that Bridge is aligning with your goals for individualized learning paths in employee development planning. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review!

 ### 19. Scaling Performance, L&D

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I really enjoy Bridge's simple and clean user interface. The platform is modern and they've made it super easy to manage performance and learning in an elegant solution. The customer support is unparalleled!

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

An area of improvement for Bridge would be to make partner integrations with content aggregators a more seamless experience. I am also not a big fan of some of the more nuanced ways that content is grouped together to provide a programmatic experience.

The performance modules are generally good, but not as customizable as I would like them to be.

Our organization also has to use enhanced BI tools to leverage the reporting and analytics capabilities that should be tunable within the Bridge application.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge is allowing our managers to upskill or reskill or teams and have deeper performance conversations which removes friction and improves our day to day associate outcomes.

 ### 20. Training Manager

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Consistent Formatting, ease of use for content creators to add and update courses.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Overall organisation of the Library. We constantly have employees that ask us about training classes or modules that are unable to search effectively. We have 558 active courses with no good way to organize them into folders for employees to search for. Our work around for this has been to us "QR:" in the course title so someone looking for a one page Quick Reference document can distinguish it from the long form course.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge is a comprehensive tool that allows us to push policy and proceedure changes, product knowledge, and track safety certifications

 ### 21. great - but let us add course editors

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge is great for automatically enrolling users into courses based on their role or their manager, and re-enrolling those users on a specified timeframe. Adding integrations, such as LinkedIn Learning, is the easiest integration I've ever completed on an LMS! I really love that we can assign those trainings to our users and be able to assign and track their completion of external and internal Bridge courses. We also utilize the API so that certain courses imported from LinkedIn Learning can be removed from our instance, so having that API available came in really handy. I would love to see more API information in the documentation.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The inability to manually add an additional course designer or "manager" is problematic especially as those users leave the company and another person takes that role. The new person should be able to be added, at least by an administrator, or automatically gain access to their employees training course so they can edit or update any materials.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not sure what problems Bridge is currently working on to solve for their customers. I would love to see the ability to have a discussion tool available or something like assignments were users can upload documents without using a checkpoint.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> We appreciate your feedback regarding the enrollment and integration features and will pass your feedback regarding additional course editors to our product team! Thanks for submitting a review.

 ### 22. Great User Interface, Could Improve Data Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc B. | Executive Director of Organizational Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I love the ease of use. As a large community college, we have a lot of confusing software systems and it is refreshing that the system never gets in the way of professional development.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I dislike the transcript options and dissagregating the training data is very complex and must be broken down outside the system.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a learning management system for our entire college's professional development.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi, Marc! We're happy to hear that Bridge is providing an easy to use LMS for your college's professional development needs. Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 23. Very easy to use with many great features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The ease of use an author and admin for creating courses and reviewing analytics.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

There are some features lacking as far as test out options using scorm files.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing our company to have a central platform for all training including courses and job aids.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi there! We're glad to hear that you find Bridge easy to use and appreciate the features for creating courses and reviewing analytics. Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 24. Bridge an easy way to learn!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** marianela m. | Digital Learning Content, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

It has an easy interface to use, plus you can get all the data needed from whatever type of learning you will use for your employees. It is a tool that you can frequently use it and it really helps when it comes to implementation.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

That because it is so easy to use sometimes it can be limited to have steps simplified or extra features.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well it helps us with an easy way to track information and data, we have it all in once place, plus it has several options to make the trainings self-paced or live which helps to have it all in one platform.

**Official Response from Stephanie Kemp:**

> Thanks for the kind review, Marianela! Loved supporting your team go live with Bridge and so glad to hear that it continues to be a positive experience for you and your learners.

 ### 25. Love it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I love how it has helped our organization prioritize and standardize learning across all of our locations. Our team is more positive about it now that we have a formal way of tracking and they are able to see their teams results. It used to be an issue being able to have effective trainings that protrayed the same information and set a baseline for everyone.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I wish creating content in Bridge could be personalized more like PowerPoint or Google Slides is so that trainings don't look the same. Even being bale to change the background color on the slides would help be more personalized. Our team is used to PowerPoints and all of the different customizable themes that match the topics being taught.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standardizing training in the company while also being a place for managers to track their teams trainings and extend additional training for growth.

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> Thanks so much for your brilliant feedback! It's great to hear how Bridge is helping your organizaition prioritize learning.

We'd love to talk to you about our more advanced content creation tool, Gomo, which is integrated with Bridge and would address those issues you mentioned! I can't see your contact details but if you'd like to know more, please reach out to bridgesuccess@bridgeapp.com - they'll be keeping an eye out for your email and would love to help.

 ### 26. Great but it has limitations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

1) I like the question portion of the program. There are lots of choices. 2) they have amazing sustomer support. 3) I like the overall look

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

1) The reporting feature is cumbersome. 2) I wish I could see easier some time stamped data on users without cross compairing two diffrerent reports. 3) us using SCORM doesn't flow properly and most users have issues getting a completion to show after taking it. 4) I HATE adding content: we build our documents in word...you cannot copy and paste without flaws. 5) adding content is hard with the very limited menu bar. The spacing gets thrown off, you cant use any color (like red for important info), just a can of worms. I waste a lot of time adding content.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance tracking and info sharing. Reiteration of content.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're pleased that you like the overall look of Bridge and find our customer support to be amazing. We understand your concerns about the reporting feature and the challenges with adding content. We are committed to enhancing our platform and will share your comments with our Product teams.

 ### 27. Easy to use and very organized.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I like the learning platform a lot. I think it helps me develop a lot.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

There is nothing i do not dislike. I think it is very easy to use.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Self-development

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi! We're glad to hear that you find Bridge easy to use and organized! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.

 ### 28. Low price - lacking analytics

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa M. | Learning And Development Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge offers a very reasonable price for companies that dont have huge L&D budgets. It is easy to upload SCROM files into the site and have bridge send out notification of a new course added.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

You are not able to see individuals specific progress on a course - just the percent completed. Its hard to know where they are struggling if you cannot get granular with the data. It is also not the most user friendly when it comes to getting analytics.

It took more than a month to get the ADP integration to work.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending out training to employees in multiple states

 ### 29. Director of Training and Employee Development

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priscilla M. | Director of Training and Employee Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

It is fairly easy to use. In addition, to allows for course integration.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Customer support is not good. Account representative doesn't seem to know program well. Extremely low options for comparable LMS. No option to truly customize Bridge for the needs of the organization. Courses have to be published to check if things are working properly. It would be really nice to have a test environment for customers.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge has made it easier to offer training to employees on a larger scale. It is also much easier to track performance and create career development programs to support promotions.

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> Hi Priscilla, thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback and we're pleased to hear about the areas in which Bridge is benefitting your organization. We're so sorry you've not been having a good customer support experience, an area we're usually very proud of. We'll be reaching out and hope to turn things around for you.

 ### 30. Industry Leading Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The ability to combine learning and performance management functions into one user friendly application is game changing. Having been in learning and development for more than 20 years, i've seen a lot of learning management systems. I've never worked with one so easy to use, yet so robust with it's functionality. This is making an enormous impact on our business!

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Absolutely nothing, has exceeded every expectation.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to offer learning and development solutions for all employees.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi there! We're thrilled to hear that Bridge has had such a positive impact on your business! Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

 ### 31. Bridge provides great support and reports

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corky G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

LMS systems all do about the same thing - Bridge meets our needs for having different options available and different groups for our content. We have about 1500 users and it works well. The difference for us with Bridge is the SUPPORT we receive, the chat feature while on-line always goes to friendly helpful people immediately. Our customer success manager (Lindsay) is the BEST support for us, gives us ideas, helps us research issues and is SUPER knowledgeable. That differentiates Bridge from other LMS's I've used for sure!

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

At the moment, we're finding Bridge works well on Microsoft Edge, but not on Microsoft Chrome - but since we have a work-around, it's fine.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have 143 stores and 5 distribution centerse - all with frequent changes in team members. Bridge allows us to assign new hire courses and compliance content with a strong (and easy to use) reporting system in order to stay on top of it.

 ### 32. Learning at your fingertips

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob C. | Senior Educator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I like that this program has so many trainings readily available to anyone who has access to the program. I also like that the program is so easy to share with anyone who may be interested in learning more about various programs.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I had trouble understanding if I have completed particular trainings. I wish there was a filter to show which you have completed or a section to select to watch and queue up to watch.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing people the option to watch & rewatch the presentaitons or utilize the plateform with their onboarding .

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> Hi Jacob, thanks so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We're so glad you're loving Bridge.

You can find completed trainings in the "completed" area on the My Learning page, and there are also widgets in Analytics to show user completions. I'll pass on the rest of your feedback!

 ### 33. Great Tool for Professional Development Conversations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katja Z. | Sr. Talent Enablement Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

It's helpful to have all learning and talent development tools in one place from career drivers, feedback, development plans, to objectives.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

There is no sandbox enviorment to test things. Also we really need journeys in the learning library.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps streamline our tools for our employees

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hey, Katja! We're glad to hear that Bridge has been helpful in streamlining your L&D tools in one place. We did want to mention that some customers like using a subaccount as a sandbox for testing purposes. Additionally, we'll pass on your feedback regarding journeys in the learning library to our product teams.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review!

 ### 34. Skill Shop

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carissa M. | Lead Technical Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge helps the employees be engaged and knowledgeable on the internal updates of the organization from time to time. I love that you can create repetitive assessments they can take at a designated time.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

There is nothing that I could think of for now.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can identify who needs to complete assigned training/modules/specific mandatory training modules. We could benefit from it because we know how we could improve our training modules and eLearning systems internally as a company.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Thanks so much for your feedback! We're glad to hear that Bridge is helping your employees stay engaged and knowledgeable about internal updates.

 ### 36. Great, but could be better

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Easy to schedule training. The fact you can copy past training and then just edit the details makes everything simpler!

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Wish you could build training on the platform itself, or it was better at video creation. Had a studio feature built-in or could host training from the site directly. The security on the page could be better.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting people scheduled for training.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi there! Thanks for sharing your experience with Bridge. We're happy to hear that our authoring features are making things simpler for you. We understand + appreciate your suggestions regarding video creation and security. If you're looking for more robust authoring features than those in our native tool, we offer Advanced Authoring - powered by Gomo. Additionally, Studio is now Bridge Advanced Video - and allows for media hosting, video editing - and a ton of other features. If you're interested in learning more - feel free to reach out to your Account Manager!

 ### 37. I like scheduling features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I like the scheduling features that Bridge has. It is easy to create classes, send emails to students about classes and manage classes.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

It would be nice if Bridge offered more reporting options for sending out updates to students and managers.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge has been working on glitches that effect how classes show up under students. I had an issue recently and Bridge was quick to get it fixed.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you find Bridge's scheduling features easy to use and beneficial for managing classes. We are continuously working to improve our reporting options to better serve our users. We're glad that we were able to swiftly resolve the recent issue you faced, and we appreciate your patience and support. Thanks for taking the time to review!

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The thing I like best is that it houses everything in one place

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The user interface could be more user friendly. Sometimes it is difficult to find what you are looking for because you're searching without really seeing categories clearly.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge has all of our learning items in one location

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi Allison! We're glad to hear that you appreciate having everything in one place with Bridge. Thank you for your feedback!

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi Terina! Thanks for your review. We're glad to hear that Bridge has been easy to use and navigate for your teams.

 ### 40. Bridge has been a great resource

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge LMS is exceptionally user-friendly, featuring an intuitive and clean interface that simplifies navigation for both administrators and learners. The customer support is outstanding—easily accessible and remarkably patient in understanding and resolving even the most challenging scenarios.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

One issue we've encountered with Bridge is that employees are not receiving the password reset emails that the system is supposed to send when they try to change their passwords

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy access to all trainings and yearly review process

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> It's so great to hear that you find Bridge LMS user-friendly and that you appreciate our outstanding customer support. We apologize for the issue with password reset emails and will reach out to try and resolve this for you. Thank you for sharing your feedback!

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Enrollment process takes forever and there are tons of small issues that haven't been solved in years.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Including all our learning programs both for internal and external audiences and tracking training progress

 ### 43. Great Platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge has been an essential tool when it comes to onboarding, training, and forming our employees. We love the ease of creating simple courses and programs for our employees to go through. Being able to sort our employees into group is also very benefical and makes assigning certain courses for specific people a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

We wish there was a way to customize the content more when creating courses/trainings in Bridge. Being able to edit/customize pages would be helpful in differentiating our content.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge has allowed us to use one product to onboard, train, engage, and review our employees!

 ### 46. Glad we chose Bridge as our LMS!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tarunima S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Te Bridge interface - from both Admin and Learner perspective - is so intuitive and easy. It is so easy to omboard team members to the functionality of Bridge as it is pretty easy to learn. It almost has all functionalities that you may need from a LMS, although there is still room for improvement and I hope Bridge makes those because we intend to stick with Bridge for a long time. The best part about Bridge - the CSM team that I get to chat with! NEver have I ever worked with a team which was so prompt and so efficient! They have the answers 99% of times and when they don't, they make sure they inform you and follow up until you are satisfied to close your tickets. Just absolute pleasure working with them. And a shoutout to Brandon DeLeuw - he knows the number of questions and issues we bogged him down with, but he got us to the finish line and hleped us launch Bridge in our company. Super grateful to him!

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The few rooms of improvement in Bridge are-
1. The Reporting capabilities can be improved. at the moment, they are complicated and you need to be very familiar with Bridge terminoligies to make sense of the data. A useful start would be to have a key explaining the terms and CSVs so that admins know which report to run and what data is within those reports.
2. Bridge Serveer Speeds - due to lack of my understanding of IT, I am mentioning it as Server Speed. I am referring to the setup that enables the page speed to improve of slow down. Many a times we have noticed tt Bridge can be a little slow to respond or load. That can be improved.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge is helping us formalize and streamline all our training and coachhing efforts across our scattered company. We need to have a center-point to anchor all of our lernings to. Eventually, our goal is to make Bridge the one-stop shop for all learning within the company - whether that is onboarding, priduct knowledge, skill building, professional competencies, 30/60/90/365 days journeys, etc. - and Bridge is the one place where we can do this.

**Official Response from Brandon DeLeeuw:**

> Thank you for the super kind words Taru! It was a pleasure getting to work with you during your onboarding to Bridge! Also, it's great to receive this kind of feedback as an organization and we will be looking over your suggestions on how to improve! Thanks again!

 ### 47. Functions well, some features could be added

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew H. | Administrative Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Overall the system is easy to use for what it is intended to do.
On the learner side things seem to work very well, all of my suggestions are on the admin/manager side.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I'm still learning the system, but it isn't easy to look up a group or team together to see about program completion. If I have a spreadsheet or roster it would be great to be able to look up all of the participants in a program at once, even if they weren't originally on the group when the training was assigned.
More cusomizeable reports would be a great thing to add. For example upload a list of names and email addresses and see what training has been done and assigned to that group.
Also if I assign training, it would make sense if I got notifications of completion or if due dates have passed even if I am not the supervisior/manager of those assigned.
Additionally if a standard Excel sheet could be used for uploads/downloads that would be a huge improvement over .csv files.
I also have programs that require customizable completion certificates, it would be great if a mail-merge sort of application existed to make certificates to fit laws/CE/regulations.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge is used to send out required training to employees and students in the campus community, having the employee and student rosters available in the system makes assigning training easier.
Transcripts being accessable for all to show their learning to supervisors is also beneficial.

 ### 48. Detailed and User Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shavette T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The format is what I like best. The easeof use.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I don't have a least. It's a pretty nice product.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to provide Children's vision screening certification to nusring andsupport staff. This 3 year certification provides the necessary skills to detect vision impairments that would otherwise go undetcted.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi Shavette! We're glad to hear that you find the format and ease of use of Bridge to be beneficial. Thank you for your positive feedback!

 ### 49. Easy to Use and Manage

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The interface is well laid out and makes navigation simple. They are frequently making additions of features and functionality that help me to create guided learning programs and be able to track analytics and provide reports to stakeholders in the company.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

As an author, I would like to have more control over the look and feel of the courses I create.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

This is a great LMS. There are some items that I think can be improved, but that can be found with any software. And, I already know that the company is working on enhancements in the areas that I want to see improvement in. If not, I would be worried for their sake because I have talked with other administrators that have the same pains/desires that I have.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge is helping us to provide training to our employees and clients in an easy, manageable way, AND allows us to track who has done what training.

 ### 50. Decent LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty simple to use. The interface also looks nice, which has been strangely difficult to find on most LMS platforms that we tested when deciding which one to use.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

While their smart groups can be useful for assigning courses to specific groups of employees, it can get a little overwhelming trying to manage all of them. I would rather be given the option to select departments/divisions for each course that I have to assign rather than be forced to ensure that a smart group exists for a department before I can assign the course to that group of individuals. This is especially difficult for courses that should be assigned to all individuals hired after the date the course was created. We have an ever-growing list of smart groups for those scenarios and it just seems excessive to me.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had virtually no training content when I was hired to the training team here. What little we did have was just a quickly typed Google doc that was stored in Drive. Everyone just made their own copies of those documents so we had hundreds of different versions floating around. Bridge has helped us to make sure that there is ONE source of training information and that we can easily track who has completed which courses. That, in turn, helped us to keep employees accountable and make sure they complete all the necessary training. It also helped us to give everyone the same onboarding experience and freed up a bit of time (because would could 'set it and forget it') to focus on pinpointing issues with the employee experience throughout training.
