## Bridge Reviews
 ### 1. Straightforward UI and Smartgroups, but admin tools and analytics need refinement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hillary C. | HR Talent Management and Training Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The user interface is pretty straightforward and makes it clear what you need to take, along with the recommended content and the catalog. On the administrative side, Smartgroups allows training to be assigned easily based on set-up criteria. We recently moved to an autoCSV, which allows Bridge to integrate with our HRIS. Performance is generally good, but occasionally, as an admin, I get errors where I can’t access certain things and need to log back out and back in. Bridge also provides webinars and support to help you learn different functionalities of the program.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Sometimes, managing tasks from the admin site can feel cumbersome, and it seems like some key functionality is missing. For instance, it isn’t possible to set pre-requisites or exempt people from training. The analytics section is nice, but it has to be filtered every time. Training emails do get sent out, but you still have to click through to see the names, which adds extra steps. There is an option to add custom features, but their functionality can be limited. For example, I added a position start date field, but it was treated as plain text instead of a date, which made it much less useful.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge provides a learning platform for our geographically dispersed workforce, where in-person training isn’t always the most effective option. It also lets us create journeys, which helps us group related content and support career pathing in a more organized way.

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thank you for your review. Your feedback is important to us as we continue to enhance the user experience. We appreciate your partnership!

 ### 2. Effortless Setup and Customizable Learning Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandeep K. | IT support specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I find Bridge to be very user-friendly, which makes it easy to use. I like that we can modify it and add courses, which is very nice. It's valuable because I can learn a lot of courses with it. It's also great that we can send invitations to employees for the courses they need to do or want to add to their profiles. The initial setup was very easy, with no technical issues, and it integrated well with our Microsoft Azure environment.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Sometimes when we click on any videos or links in the courses, another window opens, and it can lag. This issue means we can't just replay the video; we have to close it and start it again.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge makes customized learning for corporate employees easy, eliminating the need for other platforms. It's user-friendly, allowing us to add courses and send invitations for employees to include in their profiles.

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we appreciate your partnership!

 ### 3. Easy to use LMS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather A. | Instructional Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I’ve used several LMSs throughout my career, and this is easily one of the most user-friendly platforms I’ve ever used. It offers the complexity of a high-end LMS without the headache of messy navigation. Every time I expect something to be complicated, it isn’t. It has tons of capabilities, the data is easy to read, and it’s straightforward to set up. There’s not much more I can ask for. The setup process, along with their customer service and implementation team, made everything feel seamless.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Not a dislike, but I would like to see even more enhancements. Rolling banners would be nice that highlight courses/programs.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our newest Onboarding/new hire program for our largest audience will benefit from the Journey function the most.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi Heather! We're thrilled to hear that you find Bridge to be one of the most user-friendly LMS platform you've used. Thank you for your feedback and suggestions!

 ### 4. User-Friendly with Insightful Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ira A. | Freelance Graphic and eLearning Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I think Bridge is great because of its exceptional design and ease of use. It's always getting improved, making it really good to use. I really like the insights and analytics as they help keep people accountable and show what's going on, especially with one-on-one interactions. We love the skills feature, and even though we don't use the skills and career paths, I see lots of potential in it. Overall, Bridge is easy to use, intuitive, and our team totally loves it.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The only thing I would change is to make it easier to assign courses for annual assignments. When we do annual reassignments, I need to create a file, and it doesn't take much time, but for people who are doing it for the first time, it can feel a bit cumbersome.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bridge to assign courses and appreciate its intuitive design. It provides insights and analytics for accountability, and features like one-on-one performance conversations are loved by our team. Assigning courses for annual reassignments could be easier, but overall, we love Bridge.

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Bridge! We're glad to hear that you find Bridge easy to use and appreciate the analytics and skills features. Your feedback is valuable and we appreciate your partnership.

 ### 5. Exceptional LMS for Tracking and Growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I love how Bridge maintains our records and supports our team's educational growth with the company. It effectively tracks how our learners are engaging with our educational offerings and compliance, which is incredibly valuable. We use the transcripts feature of Bridge to track our team's learning progress, which aligns with our goals for development and promotions. Furthermore, I appreciate how team members can take courses in their current positions' learning tracks, and if they're interested in promotions, access to the subsequent positions' tracks is readily available. My favorite aspect is the journeys and surveys that teams can take after trainings, which enhances the overall learning experience. These features collectively make Bridge an amazing tool for our organization, and I would highly recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I dislike when we have software snags but this doesn't happen often.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bridge to track learner engagement and compliance, maintain records, and support educational growth, enabling our team to pursue promotions and enhance their skills.

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thank you for your review. It's great to hear that Bridge has been valuable in tracking learner engagement, maintaining records, and supporting educational growth for your team. Your input helps guide our product development focus and we appreciate your partnership!

 ### 6. Intuitive UI, Robust Data Analysis, and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana Renee . | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I love the UI of Bridge; it's bright, doesn't seem outdated, and as an admin, it's really easy to understand on the backend. I find the large and clear buttons, vibrant colors, and easy-to-understand website flow very appealing. The UI is really easy to understand, and the notifications are easy to enable and manage. I also appreciate that Bridge is great for data analytics tracking. The implementation team was a big help during the initial setup, making the process extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Sometimes it could take a while to load, but I am unsure if that is due to network connection or website. I also wish there were more options for the front cover of the course building.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge has an easy-to-understand UI with bright, vibrant colors, large buttons, and clear navigation. It simplifies course creation and enhances data analytics tracking with easy manageability of notifications.

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback! We're thrilled to hear you find Bridge's UI intuitive and had a positive experience with our implementation team. We appreciate your support!

 ### 7. Intuitive LMS with Low-Lift Admin Setup and Strong CSM Partnership

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan P. | Sr. Manager, Documents and Trainins, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge is very easy to use from both an admin and learner perspective. The navigation is intuitive, which cuts down on the amount of time we spend teaching people how to use the system and lets us focus on the training itself. Assigning courses, managing learning paths, and tracking compliance is straightforward, which is important when you’re managing large populations and recurring training requirements.

From an admin side, implementation and day-to-day management have been relatively low effort compared to other systems I’ve worked with. We’re able to manage onboarding, compliance training, and ongoing training in one place, which helps keep things consistent across locations and teams. The automation around assignments and notifications helps keep people on track without constant manual follow-up.

Customer support and our CSM partnership have also been a big positive. We’ve been able to give feedback and actually see improvements over time, which makes it feel more like a partnership than just a vendor relationship.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Reporting can sometimes take extra steps, especially if you want to combine multiple data points or build very specific views. You can usually get the data you need, but sometimes it requires exports or some manual manipulation outside the system.

Like most systems that prioritize ease of use, there are times where advanced customization or very specialized functionality can feel limited. If your organization has highly complex workflows or very niche reporting needs, you may need to supplement with external tools or processes.

The built-in content tools are fine for simple needs, but if you do a lot of custom course development, you’ll likely still rely on external authoring tools and SCORM (which Bridge handles well).

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge helps us scale training across multiple locations and departments while keeping things consistent and visible from a compliance standpoint. Before having a centralized LMS, it was much harder to confidently track completions, make sure employees were getting the right training, and show clear documentation during audits or investigations.

The biggest benefit for us is having compliance tracking, onboarding, recurring training automation, and leadership visibility all in one place. It cuts down a lot of manual tracking and follow-up work and helps keep training consistent across sites. That frees us up to focus more on improving the training itself instead of just managing spreadsheets and reminders.

It also helps leadership quickly see where training is complete, where it isn’t, and where additional follow-up may be needed, which supports better operational and compliance decision-making.

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Bridge! We're glad to hear that the intuitive navigation and low-lift admin setup have been beneficial for your organization. We appreciate your partnership!

 ### 8. Easy Course Management with Minor Glitches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Breanna M. | Learning & Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I appreciate being able to upload courses with ease and create specific learning paths for different groups of learners. I really like that Bridge is compatible with Authoring Tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline, making it easy to upload and assign courses. Additionally, learners can interact with the courses effortlessly, without many technical disruptions.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The automation of assigning learners to an already created journey sometimes glitches and learners have to be added manually. When I create a journey and try to assign a group after I've already assigned another group, sometimes the system doesn't register the second group added because it wasn't added beforehand.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I upload courses easily, create learning paths for specific groups, and track learner progress. Bridge's compatibility with tools like Articulate Rise simplifies course management. Learners interact smoothly, enhancing their experience.

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Bridge! We're glad to hear you find Bridge easy to use and that it integrates well with Authoring Tools. We appreciate your partnership.

 ### 9. Technical support Engineer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shib Nath D. | Security analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge LMS is simple to use and easy to understand, which makes it quick to build courses, set up automatic learning routes, and give managers clear insight into staff growth. Its strong compliance, onboarding, and skill-building features make it a great fit for small HR departments that want to improve performance and engagement without adding unnecessary complexity.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Bridge continues to evolve and, over time, has addressed most concerns. That said, some users still see room for further progress.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge LMS addresses employee training, skill development, and compliance issues by offering simple course authoring, tailored learning paths, and manager insights. This results in speedier skill development, enhanced work performance, and increased employee engagement.

 ### 10. Easy Navigation and Clean, Readable Course Progress Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connie D. | Software Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Very easy to navigate. Very easy to read the large clean text. The system runs at a good pace, easy to see where you are and how long it will take to compelete the course.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Nothing I really dislike. I'm not a fan of the quizzes but at least it lets you retake them to improve your score.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge allows me to keep current on company policies and requirements.

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thank you for your positive review! We're glad to hear that you find Bridge easy to navigate and we appreciate your partnership.

 ### 11. Very User-Friendly and Easy to Navigate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elisa M. | Learning & Development Leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

It's very user friendly and easy to figure out.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

It has a tendency to run slow when trying to pull up courses or other content.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the updates was the ability to remove multiple users at the same time. This is amazing and makes archiving courses so much easier.

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thank you for your review! It's great to hear your team finds Bridge easy to navigate and your input helps guide our product development focus. We appreciate your partnership!

 ### 12. Improves Learner Tracking, Needs Authoring Enhancements

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jewthye R.

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I use Bridge to house the learning content I create, making it easy to track learner progress and review course completion for learners within my company. I appreciate how Bridge helps me solve problems in analytics and reporting, offering real-time progress tracking for learners, including details on whether assignments have been started or completed and assessment scores. What I like most is the ability to easily upload SCORM packages, which enables seamless creation and access to the learning content I develop in other authoring tools. This functionality is crucial, as it simplifies access for learners by housing everything in one place. Additionally, I value the ease with which I can mass-assign courses, send mass notifications, and send messages to learners. I also find it incredibly useful to upload mass class rosters and effortlessly create learner profiles. These features enhance my ability to manage educational content and communications efficiently. Lastly, the initial setup of Bridge was relatively easy, contributing to my overall positive experience with the platform.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I find the authoring tool built within Bridge a bit lacking. It seems to lack interactivity and could benefit from features that enable more engaging content development, such as adding flashcards, matching, or sorting activities. Additionally, the current format for inserting images or video feels too linear, limiting the potential for dynamic, engaging content creation on the platform.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bridge to track learner progress with real-time analytics and reporting. It simplifies course management with SCORM package uploads and enables mass assignments and notifications, enhancing my learners' content accessibility.

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thank you for your review. We're happy to hear that Bridge has been beneficial for tracking learner progress and simplifying course management. Your feedback matters, and exciting authoring updates are coming soon. We appreciate you!

 ### 13. Easy and Entertaining LMS with Room for AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** nela s.

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I really appreciate how Bridge facilitates creating learning content efficiently by having everything I need in one place. It's remarkably easy to use, especially compared to previous tools that were cumbersome for building learning materials. Bridge stands out because it's not only user-friendly but also engaging for our staff, making learning a more entertaining and interactive experience rather than the typical mundane learning management system. It's versatile, allowing us to accomplish a wide range of tasks without hassle. Additionally, even though organizing the setup posed a bit of a challenge, the actual use of Bridge went smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I think Bridge could benefit from implementing more AI features. I suggest including AI templates and possibly a bot to enhance interaction, which would significantly improve the user experience. Additionally, I found the initial setup challenging due to difficulties in organizing where to start, although using the software itself went smoothly.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Bridge convenient, consolidating everything in one place. It's easy to use, entertaining for staff, and not just reading like other LMS platforms. Its user-friendly design simplifies creation, making the process fast and friendly.

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thank you for the review, we appreciate you! We're thrilled to hear that Bridge has made creating learning content efficient and engaging for your staff. Your feedback about AI features is valuable and helps guide our product development focus.

 ### 14. Intuitive and Flexible with Sub-Account Perks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristian C.

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I find Bridge to be extremely intuitive and user-friendly, minimizing the administrative efforts required to make it function effectively. The platform's design allows me to train our vendors' agents on customer care, partners support, and rider support with ease. I particularly appreciate the capability of having sub-accounts; it's truly a game-changer for me and my team. This feature allows us to separate our three vendors into their respective workplaces, ensuring secure access management. Each vendor can now operate independently without having visibility into each other's data or actions on employees, which enhances operational efficiency and data privacy. Additionally, the setup process of Bridge was quite straightforward and faster than I anticipated, taking us only eight days to launch. This efficiency in implementation made the transition from our previous system much smoother. Choosing Bridge over other platforms was pivotal, especially since it offered relief from the heavy administrative burdens we faced with Docebo. Overall, Bridge offers a seamless and efficient way to manage our training processes with its excellent features.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I think that the categories and tags choice in the courses should be created as a dropdown, and also it should not give us the possibility to create new tags only pressing enter. This is creating issues as we're creating new tags instead of selecting the already existing one. I would like to have more personalization possibilities.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bridge for vendor training, benefiting from its user-friendly design. The sub-accounts feature safeguards data visibility across vendors, enhancing our management capabilities.

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Bridge. We're glad to hear that the platform's design and sub-accounts feature have made vendor training and data management more efficient for you. We understand your feedback on the categories and tags, and we'll keep that in mind for future enhancements. We appreciate your partnership!

 ### 15. Bridge

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The platform is very easy for staff to navigate and use, the support is excellent and having Bridge in our organisation has allowed us to create so many more learning opportunities for our staff. Having a link with Open Sesame allows for easy additional training resources on demand.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Multiple users on 1 device = cache issues
Can't have multiple line managers

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

From first contact to implementation and through to after support, the experience we have had with Bridge has been fantastic. Regular contact is maintained by the Customer Support Manager, the online community is an excellent resource for tips and answers and the online support chat is always helpful.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The programme function in Bridge has allowed us to create induction/onboarding training for Social Care staff, the checkpoints allow supervisors to check work over to ensure staff have an understanding of their new role and responsibilities. This is far over and above anything, we have been able to offer before and is really helpful to staff.

The programmes also allowed me to create learning pathways on particular topics which staff have embraced, categorising courses in the learning library allows staff to find courses on topics which is broadening the learning experience.

The simplicity of the system has overcome many fears of those digitally uncertain

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this fantastic review. It's great to read the ways in which Bridge is helping your organization!

 ### 16. Effortless Course Management, Needs Scheduling Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bobbi M.

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I really appreciate Bridge for its ease of upload, which significantly simplifies the process of getting content onto the platform. The user-friendliness of Bridge is notable, and it allows not just me, but others within the company to manage and use it effectively without requiring specialized training. This is incredibly valuable as it means that content management and training dissemination doesn't solely rely on one individual. I find the tool intuitive enough, having worked with it for about five to six years, and this familiarity enhances my experience. Furthermore, I like how Bridge allows easy uploading of videos and creation of quiz questions, as well as tracking user attendance, which aids in comprehensive training management. The structuring around courses, programs, and journeys is another aspect I find beneficial, as it accommodates varied training needs through different stages of employee development. Additionally, the integration with our HR tool for managing user data and the ability to sync courses from OpenSesame are significant advantages that enhance the functionality of Bridge in our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I find it cumbersome that we cannot roll out courses at a specific time and instead have to assign them at new hire or use the journey feature as a workaround. This limitation forces us to create multiple different journeys for various types of users, which can be unnecessarily complicated. It would be really beneficial if we could set both start dates and deadlines for courses, and also have the option to make journeys required on a recurring basis such as annually or biannually, rather than being just one-time events.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bridge to centralize and streamline our training programs for new hires and existing employees, facilitating ease of training and enhancing user engagement.

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thanks so much for the review. We're so happy that Bridge is helping you simplify your content process and that it's easy for your team to use. Your input also helps guide our product development focus. We appreciate you!

 ### 17. Accessible, Convenient, and a Great Viewing Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brigitte D. | Floor Captain, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

accessibility, convenience and view is very nice

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

reporting can be slower and take more time

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

training across our entire company

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Bridge! Your input is valuable and we appreciate your partnership.

 ### 18. Intuitive LMS with Powerful Perform Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I like the intuitive layout of the LMS and that it also has Perform features. Though I mention this in dislikes as well, I do like that Bridge has feature requests and listens (to some extent) to feedback given. I am excited for the career pathing as well as I think that is a big differentiator for Bridge from other LMS/performance software systems.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I think the customer service is lacking in knowledge from my few interactions via Chat (my account manager and implementation team were more knowledgeable though). Though I appreciate the willingness to hear feedback and receive feature requests, it seems like too much is sometimes promised too soon. I like knowing the roadmap but it is disappointing when features that are promised are not timely. I think in most cases I would prefer loose timelines that are guaranteed and/or telling us of some features once they are accessible. There are also several features that Bridge lacks that I think are crucial components, and would consider them basics with other LMS/performance softwares. I hope that they are implemented from feature requests sent, and hope that other companies have brought them up as well.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge is allowing us to put several different softwares into one- we used to have multiple LMS systems, performance, and intranet. Bridge is helping to consolidate this though it is not completely there. We are also using bridge to track training hours and requirements across staff (hoping checkpoints gets the feature of training hours/credits to make sure this can be fully done in Bridge).

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thank you for your review. We're so happy to hear that you find Bridge's intuitive layout and Perform features beneficial. Your input also helps guide our product development focus. We appreciate you!

 ### 19. Tailored, Easy Sign-Up but Navigation Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Incognito .

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I appreciate Bridge for its ability to facilitate in-depth training during work hours, enabling users to delve into topics directly relevant to their professional needs. The platform excels with its ease of signing up for classes and offering tailored experiences that cater to individual learning paths. This customization enhances the overall learning journey, making it more relevant and effective for my professional development.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I sometimes find it difficult to navigate Bridge, especially when I am trying to find classes based on specific topics.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge enhances work training by facilitating in-depth learning on work topics during hours and offers easy class sign-up with tailored experiences.

 ### 20. Bridge has transformed our Learning Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan F. | HR Training Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridges biggest strength is its flexibility. We have been able to leverage almost every function of Bridge to bring learning content to our team members quickly and at scale. The Smartgroups and Categories are a great way to organize content and flow courses to specific groups across the organization. The ability to customize profile fields also helps us to customize our reporting.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The Bridge support team is very good about taking suggestions and implementing them, so our list of "wants" are very small. I think the biggest need I see is for a global course settings option that lets you change settings on multiple courses vs just one. This would help us adjust a package of courses for due dates and % completions.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge helped us solve a lot of gaps that we had with our previous LMS. The biggest one was managing such a large organization (1000+ team members) with only two trainers. Its almost too easy now. We also wanted to give managers the power to pull their own reporting and to make that both easy and efficient. The analytics section of Bridge is really a great feature and allows you to customize and automate reporting. We can scale the program to be almost whatever we want which is very useful for a small team like ours.

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Bridge! We're delighted to hear that our platform has been able to address the gaps in your previous LMS and provide a solution for managing a large organization with limited trainers. We'll take note of your suggestion for a global course settings option to enhance the user experience further.

 ### 21. Great Support and Easy Access, But SCORM Tracking Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Support is willing to listen and help when there are things that need to be fixed or addressed. Bridge is easily accessed by our employees. It is easy to upload files to Bridge and there are many types of files that are acceptable.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Bridge doesn't always record SCORM files correctly, accurately or completely. There are things that we have had to find workarounds for in order to get complete data on completions and usage.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge gives us a platform to house our learning content for our employees. It organizes it into one place that our employees can access.

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thank you for your review. Your feedback is important to us as we continue to enhance the user experience. We appreciate your partnership!

 ### 22. Great platform for in house learning management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa W. | Assistant Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The platform offers an easy way to collect the learning opportunities hosted by the organization including scheduling, attendance, reminders, and housing certificates and completion records. It is intuitive and accessible for annual and even quarterly learning opportunities and required trainings for organizations HR, Risk, and local regulatory obligations. The ability to compile micro learnings and journeys for staff is a great feature as well.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The one thing that seems to fall a bit short is the ability for Bridge to receive the information from LinkedIn Learning once an outside training is completed. We have had folks complete trainings via LinkedIn Learning but Bridge does not capture the completion and continues to send reminders. These learning completions are manually verified and marked complete at the request of learners.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge allows us to formalize and present in an easy and professional way the training we offer for staff and often require of staff in various roles. It removes the manual process and creates one place to compile the needed training as well as manage the completion of those trainings among our 3000+ staff across 3 campuses.

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> It's great to hear that Bridge has helped streamline your training processes and manage the completion of trainings for your large staff across multiple campuses. We're committed to providing a comprehensive solution for your learning management needs.

 ### 23. Customization Options Good, But Usability Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Destiny S. | Human Resources Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

There is a lot of customization availability for trainings.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The interface is not very user friendly, pulling reports is difficult, finding and uploading the free Bridge courses was difficult, employees tend to have issues with resetting their passwords, etc.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge is a good way for us to roll out required trainings and track completion for compliance purposes.

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thank you for your review, your input helps guide our product development focus. We appreciate your partnership.

 ### 24. Plenty of Learning Resources When Questions Come Up

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

That if I have a question there are plenty of resources for me to use to learn.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

There is not an attestation button. I wish there was one since it would make it easier.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having more options for making courses

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thank you for your review! We're glad that you find our learning resources valuable. Your input and partnership is greatly appreciated.

 ### 25. Retail Business Brdige Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sammy D. | VP, HR & Admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

We are using Bridge for all of our employee training. It is a great repository for training content, and we use it for everything from administration, to safety, to product knowledge. Creating and editing content is very simple, and employee registration is also a very quick and easy task. Reporting is pretty decent and we will use it for auditing purposes.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The search functionality could really use some attention. Often we have a difficult time with employees trying to locate a course, and we have to send them a direct link, or enroll them, which makes the process much less self driven.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The consistency of training, and the reporting/compliance access is a huge benefit. We offer many types of training, virtual and hands-on being our two most prevalent, and Bridge is able to register and track both types with ease, which is helpful.

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> We're glad to hear that Bridge has been a great repository for your employee training content and that creating and editing content is simple for you. We appreciate your feedback about the search functionality and will definitely take that into consideration for future improvements.

 ### 26. Using Bridge as a LMS

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark Diaz . | Learning Specialist, Content Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

It was easy to use. Its seamless integration with SCORM packages, the different learning levels offered (Journey, Program, Course), and the data analytics access made it easy to implement due to compatibility with our existing tools. Questions and escalations have been promptly solved in the past. It is a toold we often use to build learning programs for different clients.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The module/CYK builder is pretty basic, even more than slides. No AI leverage options, no interactivity options for the module builder

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we had an LMS it was hard to track course completion, we had to manually create automation for scoring of knowledge checks and the learning material could be scattered across multiple tools. It is now centralized and the quiz options are very useful for quizzes.

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> Thanks so much for your feedback!

 ### 27. Bridge Keeps Our Team Organized and Compliant

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge allows my team to stay organized and in compliance.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

No downside at the moment. expect for system issues.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compilce

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Bridge. It's great to hear that Bridge is meeting your team's need for organization and compliance. We appreciate your partnership!

 ### 28. A Solid Platform for Employee Learning and Development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

What I appreciate most about Bridge is its intuitive user interface and how easy it is to navigate, even for people who aren't particularly tech-savvy. The platform is designed to support continuous learning and development in a way that feels natural and engaging. I also really value the ability to create learning paths, assign trainings quickly, and track progress in real time. It’s a great tool for both L&D teams and employees.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

One aspect I find a bit limiting is the reporting functionality — while the basics are covered, more advanced or customizable reporting options would make a big difference, especially for larger organizations with complex tracking needs. Additionally, some features could be more flexible when it comes to user permissions and course structuring.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge helps us centralize and streamline all our training activities in one place, which was a major challenge before. Previously, tracking training completion and compliance was time-consuming and fragmented. Now, with Bridge, we have full visibility over who has completed what, we can automate assignments, and ensure everyone stays up to date. This has saved us a lot of administrative time and has improved overall learning engagement across the organization.

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> We're glad to hear that you find Bridge's user interface intuitive and easy to navigate. Our goal is to make learning and development a natural and engaging experience for all users. I'll pass on your feedback around reporting too.

 ### 29. Reliable LMS for Safety and Job Training Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James L. | EHS Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

What I like best about Bridge is its intuitive user interface and how easy it is to navigate both as a learner and as an administrator. As someone who regularly uses the platform for safety and job-related training, I appreciate how clearly the courses are organized and how seamless the experience is from start to finish. From an administrative perspective, Bridge makes it easy to assign training courses to employees across campus, monitor their progress, track completions, and generate certificates. The reporting tools are especially helpful when preparing documentation for audits or OSHA inspections. I believe Bridge is a very effective tool for both training delivery and oversight.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

One area where Bridge could improve is its integration and search functionality. While the system is easy to use, there are times when finding specific users or older training records can be time-consuming without more advanced filter or search options. Additionally, it would be helpful if the certificate download process could be streamlined—downloading them in batches, for example, would save time when preparing records for inspectors. Occasionally, the platform can be a bit slow to load when handling large amounts of data or multiple user groups. While the core features work well, there’s room for improvement in terms of speed and efficiency for administrative tasks.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge solves the problem of manually managing and tracking employee training. It allows me to easily assign safety and job-related courses, monitor completions, and access certificates for documentation—especially useful during OSHA inspections. It saves time, improves compliance, and keeps everything organized in one place.

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us this glowing, detailed and helpful feedback. I'll make sure to pass it on to the team, and take note of your improvement suggestions.

 ### 30. Easy Navigation, But Dark Mode Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

It is fairly easy to navigate and upcoming courses are very visible.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

You do not take into account how having dark mode on effects your ability to read text in light colored formatting.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They provide a platform for online training.

**Official Response from Michelle Ouellette:**

> Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear that you find our platform easy to navigate. We appreciate your feedback about dark mode and will take it into consideration for future improvements. We appreciate your partnership.

 ### 31. work courses

**Reviewed by:** Kim H. | Host Ambassador, Civic & Social Organization, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

tracks progress, and allows myself and employer to see what I've done

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Nothing negative to say! I am quite happy

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to do training course provided by my employer

**Official Response from Chad Wilson:**

> Thanks so much for the kind words! We're really glad to hear Bridge is helping you stay on top of training and making it easy for both you and your employer to track progress. Love hearing that you’re happy with the platform!

 ### 32. Heading into year 4 with Bridge, and loving the Platform.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark V. | Provost of Learning , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The clean and easy to use interface. The ability to have sub accounts - one for our team members and one for our clients. The ability to both import SCORM courses and build courses within Bridge. The responsive customer support. The continued advancements in the system by the development teams. The Smart Group functionality.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

On the author side when creating a course I'm frustrated that there is no way to to have different layers of bullet points and numbered lists. I wish there was a save button, I wish I could copy and paste images in to the slides like PowerPoint rather than having to save each as a picture.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building consistency and repeat-ability in our internal employee training, reducing employee time to competency and standardizing our external training delivery. Tracking training completion and performance. Managing both internal employee training and external client training.

 ### 33. Bridging the Gap

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Aviation & Aerospace | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge looks very professional and clean. The in-built authoring tool makes your courses look better than any SCORM-based content. The branding is on-point, and the support team is absolutely the best!

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

There are features that are missing, like due dates for Live Training, item equality, etc.
The company focuses on other products like Gomo instead of enhancing the authoring tool that it already has. It sometimes feels like adding more paid DLCs to a game other than patching it.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge helps us with compliance training and engagement. We track and monitor what our employees complete, and where they are behind. We would like to make Bridge our source of truth.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi there! Thanks for your review and feedback. We'll pass it on to our teams!

 ### 34. First-time LMS User

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge has a user interface that is friendly and easy to navigate. It seems that each version that is released, there is something new that I do like to use. Not everything, but at least they are being innovative and trying to provide multiple tools and options to use them.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

As a system administrator, it needs to have an easier reporting system (I'm not talking about the Analytics page, I'm talking about the data dump).

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Bridge we are able to track training course completion better than we have been able to before. This has helped managers know who is qualifying for advancement and/or salary increases.

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> Thanks so much for your positive feedback, we're glad to hear Bridge is benefiting your organizaton. We'd love to help you with the reporting system too, reach out to bridgesuccess@bridgeapp.com for resources!

 ### 35. User Friendly LMS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge has a fairly shallow learning curve, which allows more users in my company to create content specific to their departments, roles, and processes. Easy onboarding of new content creators and new learners meant it integrated easily with our workflows.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The trade off of the easy learning curve is some functionality and customization. There are some other LMS that offer more options and variety, but it comes with more complexity.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one source of training content and a standardized format helps reduce strain in implementing and creating new content. Learning paths are also easy and quick to create, which helps us get the right training to the right staff without bogging them down.

 ### 36. A Reliable Tool with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge is a highly efficient tool that simplifies many processes, making it a great option for learning sistems. Its user interface is intuitive, ensuring that users can navigate it with ease. Additionally, the platform is easy to manage and admin, which helps save time and makes it accessible even for those without much technical experience.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

It is a complete and well developed tool. Nevertheless, from the admin point of view is complex and lacks some functions that are esencial for easy usage.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing us to have a strong LMS for participants all around the world, with several course and multiple customized environments.

 ### 37. It's ok.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer B. | People Team Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The community usually jumps in to help, when needed

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

There's a lot of info out there that makes it hard to find exactly what you're looking for. It often feels like you're looking for a needle in a haystack

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've recently stopped using it, as its nearly impossible to find what you need without spending 2 hours searching.

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> We're glad to hear that you found the community helpful when using Bridge. We understand that the amount of information can be overwhelming, and we're actively working to improve our knowledge base to make it easier for users to find what they need. Thank you for your feedback!

 ### 38. Amazing Company that really listens

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

They are extremely hands on with helping you and your team set up your product and help tailor your experience well

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Some of their learning library can be confusing however their customer experience is on hand to help

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need custom learning as well as govt standard learning for our employees and Bridge helps us achieve this well

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback! We are glad to hear that our hands-on approach and tailored experience have been helpful for you and your team.

 ### 39. Very easy to navigate

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanveer D. | Learning and Development Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

When it comes to training and development within an internal database a key thing is to ensure it is easy to navigate so internal employees can utiise and use the platform as easy as possible and that is exactly what Bridge does. It makes it colourful and pleasing to work with and overall a great software to implement when looking to bring in internal use of training and development onto the system. Making it easy to track and notify users for training to do remotely on an onine platform.
Intergrating this into our company was very easy especially when looking to include any more courses or learning journeys it makes the whole process seamless
If there are any issues that occur during the process the customer support is only a click away to get their help

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Sometimes the loading times for journey or authors on the admin side can take a while to load.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to track training that has been delivered to consultants
Having reminders of sessions that we have developed that they can access at any points
Being able to upload master classes where consultant can choose to enroll whenever they want to for reminders or refresher sessions

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi, Tanveer! It's great to hear that Bridge is helping you track training, provide reminders for sessions, and upload master classes for your consultants. We're pleased to be able to support your training and development needs. Thanks for your review!

It's bringing huge concepts and breaking them down via videos and questions.

 ### 41. Amazing LMS!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario G. | Head of Learning & Knowledge, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

How easy and appealing the learner experience looks. It is pretty slick. I also love the efficiencies we have gained as an admin team!

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

There are some product enhancements coming up that I feel will be very beneficial to us - for example, the ability for custom roles to be able to view Programs details without having the ability to edit them.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have a more capable LMS that will benefit employees' career development. Also, we want to build a skills-based organization and Bridge will definitely help us in building a stronger skills community.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi Mario! Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Bridge! We're glad to hear that you find the learner experience appealing and that it has brought efficiencies to your admin team. Thanks for your partnership!

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

There could be more customisable functions/text in areas of the UI and branding in my opionion

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

How easy it is, and at the same time, you have everything integrated, you are able to get content, data, and even their customer support is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I would like to have more features to create content inside bridge directly without using another tool and then a SCORM.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are having a more advance learning center, before we use to use Sharepoint and simple power points now, we are able to create courses, live trainings, journeys with a friendly environment and for it to be more professional.

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you find Bridge easy to use and appreciate our integrated content, data, and customer support. We'll definitely take your feedback about creating meatier content directly within Bridge into consideration too. **Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Allows us to provide a plethora of training topics to our staff. Very easy to create your own training.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Not as user-friendly for admins or staff. Wish that integrated better with our other HRIS for easier access for our staff. Would like to update the homepage that staff sees to make it more organized and easier to view.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connects with OpenSesame to provide training to staff.

**Official Response from Chad Wilson:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience with Bridge! We’re glad to hear it’s been easy to create training and that the OpenSesame connection adds value for your staff. We also appreciate your feedback on admin usability, integrations, and homepage customization. Our team is actively working on improvements in these areas. Thanks for helping us make Bridge even better!

 ### 46. Only scratching the surface of Bridge capabilities!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yanira O. | Training & Development Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The more that I get into the Bridge the more I like it. This LMS is brand new at our company, and I was tasked with becoming familiar with it and moving our current continuous training content over from our existing training site.

Courses are very easy to create; from there, you can tie multiple courses into a Program or a Journey. For example, if I have multiple courses on "budgeting" then each course can be on its own or I can weave each course in a Program since all of the content is related and folks can go in and browse the courses they need to review. I'm starting to work on a "New Hire" Journey where recommended courses per job title, required compliance videos, and checkpoints to download training certificates can be uploaded in one place!

I also really appreciate the Analytics features. For required courses, we can pull overdue courses and share these reports with direct managers so that they can push their teams to go in and complete training.

Currently, we are building it out, and I'm excited to see how it grows as an employee resource. It's a one-stop shop for me and I know I'm only scratching the surface of what I can do or move into the system from my other day-to-day responsibilities as a Training Admin.

Finally, Bridge support is phenomenal! From office hours to asking quick questions in their live chats, I can get my issues resolved fairly quickly.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

At my company, we typically send out Google Calendar invites (with virtual links when applicable) for in-house training courses. Right now, Bridge can tie into our Google Meets and display them on the "Training Calendar" within the Bridge for "Live Training" and folks have to "enroll" in the classes through the Bridge. However, since I already have to create a calendar invite via Google Calendar and send it out to our different teams, tying into the Bridge for "Live Training" would be an extra step for me. Plus, having folks log in to the Bridge, register for the class, and then join online would be having to change company culture. Maybe it can happen eventually, but for now, I wish I could use the "Training Calendar" as more of a training board to display the upcoming in-person or virtual sessions we have scheduled for the month.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We first acquired the Bridge to house compliance HR videos in one platform and wanted a system to tie into ADP to sync employees. Not only does it check that bow, but it is now where we can house both our recorded in house training videos and create course content for employees to reference. We really want it to operate as a one stop shop for all company resources, and so far, it has the capability of being that system for us.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi, Yanira! We're thrilled to hear that you are enjoying the features of Bridge and that it's helping you streamline your training processes. We understand your feedback about the Live Training enrollment process and will take it into account as we continue to enhance the platform. Thanks for your review.

 ### 47. Easy to use and simple for all levels of experience / Grass isn't greener with another LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sony D. | Head of Learning and Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The platform and UI for both Admin and End-Users is so easy. The backend of the platform is also very easy to setup. I remember the implementation process and required admin training being a smooth experience. The UI was clean and aesthetically pleasing to use. The authoring tool is so simple and easy to use that we never needed a separate authoring solution. You can easily add quiz questions to a course in one spot. Other platforms require you to add a quiz in pieces (first the title, then the question, then each answer). I enjoyed the early on live training courses admin were asked to take. Other LMS platforms mostly have self-paced content whereas Bridge offered both and encouraged/required you to do the live sessions.

Masquerading as another user is a tool I didn't think much of during the sales process but troubleshooting with employees has been MUCH easier with this tool. Then we can see where exactly the employee is stuck on specific slide of a course/how best to help them.

Bridge allows you to preview courses as a learner without automatically enrolling yourself as a learner in the course you're building/testing. This is not a standard LMS feature. As an L&D person, having this feature allows us to build training guides etc. around how to complete the course without needing to go back and remove ourselves from the course or override our existing enrollment.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

We left for the cost of the platform and lack of customization. We also found that while Customer Support was very responsive. There were many times where they would say it wasn't a Bridge issue, the SCORM content provider would say it wasn't their issue, and we were left with no solution. An example of this is that a SCORM course would cause learners to be stuck at a quiz question (drag and drop content). Users couldn't progress past this stage and were stuck/requiring to restart the course entirely in another browser.

Bridge doesn't have a clean/easy way for Managers to see where their employees are with required content. This left our L&D team running multiple reports to gather and disseminate this information via email. Another challenge for us is that we had a sub-domain that required us to split up sign ups for ILTs. If we had 40 seats, we'd need to set the limit to 30 in the main domain and 10 in the sub-domain and monitor both. Another challenge was if we sent the direct link to a Manager only course out in our broader communications, a non-Manager could use the link and RSVP for the course. Every LMS has these types of kinks. So we found ways to workaround these.

The other downside is that PDFs don't preview in Bridge. You just have a PDF icon and the only way to view is to download the file. Visually/UX-wise, this isn't what we wanted our employees to experience.

We've recently moved over to Docebo. Now that we're in Docebo, we're finding that it's much clunkier than Bridge (inside and out). Getting learners through a course requires many more clicks that we'd hope for. We've found that the Bridge internal authoring tool is much cleaner. We're now looking into using a separate authoring tool outside of Docebo or their add-on authoring solution to solve for this. There are "basics" we had with Bridge that we assumed were standard LMS features but Docebo doesn't have it. For example if you, as an admin, preview a course in Docebo, it auto-enrolls/overrides your course status to the progress you've made in that testing. This requires you to have two accounts (your admin account where you're enrolled in every course you've tested) and your regular employee account where you have your accurate course completion status.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to assign compliance training courses and tracking completion of said courses.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi, Sony! We are pleased to hear that you found Bridge's platform and UI easy to use and that it helped with assigning compliance training courses and tracking completion. Thank you for your feedback about the cost, lack of customization, and challenges with customer support regarding your SCORM courses. Your feedback is valuable to us as we strive to improve our platform and services. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review!

 ### 48. Easy Seamless Training Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christina B. | Mortgage Loan Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge is an amazing easy to use, seamless platform for providing training for a company. You can easily create trainings and assign them to employees which makes the integration on my side very simple. The thing I like the most about Bridge is that you can assign trainings that need to be done with a due date, and you receive notifications if people have not completed them so it is less time for me to have to track who has done what as Bridge does that for me. I also really like that the users can do the trainings on the app which makes it easier for the users to complete in the timeframe they need to be completed. Bridge is a great platform that I would recommend to any business in need of a training system.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

There are no downsides that I have come across with using Bridge.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge solves many training/corporate learning issues for me and my team. We easily can create, assign and track the progress of all of our users. Bridge allows me to have more time to do other duties that require my attention which benefits me.

**Official Response from Ellie Barton:**

> Hi, Christina! Thanks for your glowing review - we're so happy to hear that Bridge is solving so many issues and saving some time for you and your team!

 ### 49. Bridge - Learn

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josue C. | Manager of Learning systems, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The minimalistic view and simplicity of use, moreover, the authoring tool inside the LMS is pretty neat.
It's mobile-friendly
It's multilingual
Manage users and groups
Update roles and permissions
Update branding
Manage to tag courses
We integrate with a variety of platforms so that you can make all organizations tools work together. Of course, Bridge has a robust API, so you can create the right connections between your applications.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The lack of scheduled reports, and the lag during downloading reports
As an admin, we would like better ways to download reports and display the data for our stakeholder in different dashboards
Also, it sometimes crashes due that the SCORM engine they use is sometimes buggy and our courses do not load properly or they just close by themselves

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

During the demos, ask specifically to see only the Learn module, otherwise, the other modules can be impressive but they have an additional price.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have integrated 40,000 team members in the LMS, and they are actively taking mandatory courses and self-development courses.
There is more engagement within our team members and the courses are not crashing as before.
We can now promote the use of Bridge from outside the office and team members can continue with their learning on the go.

 ### 50. Bridge over the river company org

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge is very handy for organizing performance reviews and for building out training sessions with reminders for our internal team and for customer certification externally.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Contacting the team at Bridge is time consuming as its email only so at times solving issues can take time.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge is solving our employee training and update management, onboarding and customer certification.
