I really like Bridge's "amazingly easy and comfortable user interface," which makes navigating the platform intuitive and user-friendly. The roles and permissions feature is also a standout, as it allows me to create a hierarchy of content creator permissions, which is very valuable. Additionally, I find the customer service options fantastic, especially the ability to use chat, our customer service rep, and the Bridge support function. Being the Bridge LMS administrator, I appreciate how the system's roles and permissions structures are well defined and customizable, enabling me to assign specific tiered roles to my team easily.
