I like that Bridge helps with company trainings by assigning the correct trainings by department and position, which improves organization. The reporting in Bridge really lacks depth. It doesn't offer different reporting options and when I needed specific reports like user performance and attendance, the system came up short. I also ran into issues when seeking admin reports on usage or access, as they weren't available either. It's clear that the Reporting section could use some improvement. Additionally, the admin options aren't well organized, making it tricky to navigate. It would be great if they offered more options like downloading reports in Excel, PDF, or text, and reports for users, admins, and access data by quarter, year, department, or location. Also, there haven't been major updates to the system in the 12 years we've been using it, which is a bit disappointing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
