What do you like best about Bridge?

The UI. It's easy for both the users and administrators to use. The support team has also been fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bridge?

Sometimes it’s hard to log in because the system doesn’t tell you exactly what went wrong. It would be really helpful to have a “view password” button so you can confirm you’re entering it correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Bridge, each manager was responsible for completing their own training, and there were no formal records, tracking, or competency assurance. As a result, we noticed inconsistencies in what new hires were being trained on and how that training was delivered. Bridge is helping us streamline both the content and the process of employee training, better understand competencies and areas for growth or retraining, and improve overall accountability.
