What do you like best about Bridge-IT?
Bridge is great at simplifying performance reporting and billing. I can choose what reports my clients see, build my own benchmarks, and billing is done quickly and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Bridge-IT?
Some customization is limited. I have to email support to make certain changes which takes time. I wish we had the ability to have more customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
