What do you like best about Brickken?

Brickken is an innovative platform that has allowed us to tokenize real estate assets efficiently, securely, and with complete transparency. Its interface is intuitive, the KYC/AML process is straightforward for investors, and the automation of yield distribution facilitates the management of our private investor club. What do you dislike about Brickken?

Although the platform is powerful, the initial learning curve to understand tokenization and its regulatory implications can be a challenge for new users. For launches from Spain, having an IRPF module to facilitate investors' tax management would be very useful. We also consider it crucial to complete the development of the Debt Token Offering (DTO) model to optimize the structure of tokenized debt issuance and improve the flexibility of the financial product. What problems is Brickken solving and how is that benefiting you?

Traditionally, real estate investment was limited to large capitals and complex bureaucratic processes. Brickken has allowed us to democratize access to real estate investment, facilitating the issuance of tokens backed by real assets and managing the entire process of registration, verification, and yield distribution efficiently.
