What do you like best about Breathe?

The best part of Breathe for me has been that it can be accessed from anywhere and all our employee data securely is in one place. As the HR lead, this was invaluable to me while we were in lockdown and allowed me to continue to manage our business HR needs while being away from the office.

We also love the additional modules Breathe offers - the recruitment module has streamlined our processes and allows for excellent tracking of applications. The Learn module has provided short training courses which have developed and expanded our managers and employee knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Breathe?

Not much to dislike and this is more of a suggestion but location booking can only be seen by HR. It would be great if there was an easy way for everyone in the company to have the same overview of who is where and where to help us manage and keep our work spaces safe. What problems is Breathe solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we solved was empowering managers & employees to manage their own holidays. Previously, this was managed via an excel spreadsheet with lots of room for error. The system has removed this problem and has empowered managers to have better control and overview of their teams.

Tracking recruitment was also tricky! We receive large numbers of applications all going into an inbox was not ideal! Now they can be tracked, stored, and monitored from one location. It really was a game for our recruitment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
