I love the simplicity of the system. When we joined in 2013, breatheHR stood out as offering everything a HR department could need, all in one space; since then it has only grown and become even better. The system is so easy to use, the individual employee profiles are a breeze, the reporting function becomes invaluable when you start using it, and the ability to turn different areas on and off, and customise is really key. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Breathe solving and how is that benefiting you? The system makes administering HR a clean and traceable process. The reminder systems for training, ID docs, etc. are really useful, alongside being able to upload company documents and amend or replace these as and when needed. The company documents function has been really helpful for getting employees to acknowledge important documents virtually, especially during working from home throughout the pandemic.
