"All-inclusive"

What do you like best about Breathe?

I think the most helpful thing about breathe is that it is an all-inclusive tool for tracking so many different areas of work-life. You can track your holiday, sickness, lateness, TOIL/OT, 1-2-1 meetings, training completed, tasks to complete. It includes a staff calendar so you can check for holiday clashes before you book your leave. You can even use it to give other staff members "kudos". Which are basically nice comments about that member of staff left by other members of staff. So if you see someone going above and beyond you can leave them a nice little message which can then be looked back at during performance reviews which is another aspect of the breatheHR service. I literally use this for almost everything at work except for payroll and that's only because that's not up too me. I would highly recommend this program/service to any organisation or any size. You can easily set up separate groups and locations so that your entire staff is organised in their proper teams as well as at the correct site location if you run multiple sites. There are many more tracking options that I haven't gone into detail about but they include; Medical facts, ID docs, Equipment loans, grievances, pay, time logs, Company directory, and a chart or your organisational layout. All of this is included in an easy to navigate dashboard which is accessible on both a mobile app or through a desktop /mobile browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Breathe?

There isn't really anything about BreatheHR that I dislike. it has so much functionality and is so easy to use. I would say even as easy to use as it is I which it had included some training just to run you through everything just because I didn't realise how much it did until I actually started poking around for myself. What do you like best about Breathe?

Breathe has streamlined our HR processes and saved us time on admin. Breathe is incredibly user-friendly, even for those who aren’t tech-savvy. I especially like how clean and intuitive the interface is, everything from booking leave to reviewing performance is straightforward. It’s easy to navigate, requires very little training, and gives a clear overview of our team at a glance. What do you dislike about Breathe?

There are occasional limitations with customisation, especially around reporting and integrating with other systems. What problems is Breathe solving and how is that benefiting you?

Breathe is solving several key HR challenges for us, particularly around time-consuming admin, lack of visibility, and inconsistent processes. What do you like best about Breathe?

I find the platform incredibly easy to use and very intuitvie - its easy for the team to use and navigate and me myself as a HR administrator. I find the interface to be clean and simple, it's very flexible with all of the features you can add to, I like the idea of your whole employee profile with promotions etc being in one place. What do you like best about Breathe?

It's useful to see when other people in the company are off so you can choose your dates knowing that they are most likely to be approved. Sickness is also very easy to record and refer back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Breathe?

I believe this an additional paid for feature, but cancelling holiday required authorisation before we can book anything else, which can lead to delays.

Also, HR Users dont show which the rest of the company you have to search for them seperately, and they also dont show in the group calendar so you can't see when they are off. In small businesses this is really useful to have the visibility of the entire company even if they are a HR user, or Managing Director. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Breathe?

User-friendly with an interface that is easy to navigate. The Intercom forum is very useful for finding instructions on how to do different things and how to use/navigate through the system. What do you dislike about Breathe?

What do you like best about Breathe?

Easy to go from different client portals. Centralised documentation and an easy platform to navigate. Makes for an efficient relationship as a remote consultant when helping employees and the employers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Breathe?

Not being able to change working patterns and holiday allowances in advance was a big one, but the recent update has changed this which is great.

I would like the Time and Attendance module to be a bit easier to understand! I have a lot of clients that using clocking in software and are therefore reluctant to move to BreatheHR as it doesn't quite fit their needs, nor do I understand it well enough to promote it. I have a call arranged with my Account Manager to hopefully resolve this too.

It would be good to be able to bulk upload Company Documents as this is time consuming! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Breathe?

It's an easy platform to manage a team in one place with easy access to their profiles/documents/training. It hasuseful tools to help manage things like annual leave (such as displaying the % used vs the days worked etc). What do you like best about Breathe?

I like that it is plain and simple to use, no difficult set up as there was such an ease of implementation. The account manager we have at customer support is great and the frequency of use has skyrocketed. There are a number of features which we would like our partners to use more but this has been something of a slow burner and more support on this would be great.
