What do you like best about Breakthrough Apps?

ur regular meetings with Breakthrough Apps are consistently creative and inspiring. They don't just build apps; they act as a true collaborative partner, helping us refine the UI, layout, and overall user discoverability. Beyond development, their insights into tracking app performance and user churn have been invaluable, providing highly actionable feedback to improve all our key metrics.

What do you dislike about Breakthrough Apps?

There is very little to criticise. As they grow, my only hope is that they maintain the deeply personal touch that makes them so special. Right now, their willingness to bend over backwards for us is unmatched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Breakthrough Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?

Breakthrough solves three critical problems for us: feature stagnation, technical maintenance, and growth strategy.

On the feature side, they’ve introduced a customized AI search that our users love, and they constantly roll out new widgets that give us incredible flexibility in how we display content. When it comes to maintenance, they are incredibly proactive with bug fixes and recently managed a complex app developer account transfer seamlessly.

Finally, they are deeply invested in our growth. Their work on our website paywall has been excellent for app promotion, and our monthly metrics meetings ensure we are constantly optimizing to drive downloads and scale revenue.
