What do you like best about BreakEven+?

What my team likes most about BreakEven+ is that we can see what a job truly needs to cost before we submit a bid. Having our labor burden, overhead, G&A, and profit all together in one place gives us confidence in the final number we put forward. It also takes the emotion out of bidding, because we always have a consistent bird’s-eye view of our costs and profits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BreakEven+?

There’s a lot of information required to complete the FALIB reporting, but it does help us save money by not having to call a consultant. I’d also like to see a downloadable app, since some of our workers could really benefit from that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BreakEven+ solving and how is that benefiting you?

BreakEven+ helps remove the uncertainty around pricing. Because we can run as many FALIB reports as we need using our internal costs and budgets, we can clearly confirm that we’ve covered all costs before submitting a bid. Another benefit is being able to review the takeoff metadata, which really highlights how arbitrary unit rates can be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
