What do you like best about Braze?

I really value the canvas journey builder in Braze. It lets me map out a full multi-step automation flow without needing engineering support, so I can run campaigns effectively. The integration with Canva has simplified producing creative assets, making our fast-moving campaigns much easier to manage. What sets Braze apart is its personalization capability, particularly through Liquid scripting, which helps tailor product recommendations to each audience segment. This level of relevance transforms our routine messages into engaging content. Additionally, using Braze allows me to build and run separate, automated campaign journeys for different audiences, such as healthcare professionals and patient-facing segments, ensuring precise and compliant campaigns. What do you dislike about Braze?

Where I would like to see improvement is the AI copywriting assistant. It gives me a serviceable starting point, but every draft still calls for a careful human hand before it goes anywhere.
