Ambsi Healthcare faced challenges in staying compliant with evolving HIPAA regulations, managing fragmented patient data across systems, dealing with manual billing processes, and relying on outdated security measures that put patient information at risk. To address these challenges, Ambsi Healthcare partnered with Bravado Solutions to modernize its legacy medical billing and RCM system for HIPAA compliance. They built a reliable HIPAA compliant system for us hosted on AWS cloud, migrated our legacy data to cloud, and integrated with our EHR system using HL7 standards. The solution automated key processes including insurance eligibility checks, claims creation, and denial management, leading to a 30–35% reduction in claim denials and a 25–30% increase in reimbursement speed.
