**What do you like best about Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence?**

Brandwatch has been steadily improving and adding new functionalities over time. It has made notable progress especially in terms of coverage and data collection from new sources, which has meaningfully expanded the range of conversations and platforms we're able to monitor. Overall, the platform has grown in scope and capability, making it a more comprehensive tool for social listening and analytics.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence?**

While Brandwatch has continued to grow as a product, the Vizia side of things presents the biggest challenges. I feel this part of the platform has fallen somewhat behind and hasn't been updated at the same pace as other Brandwatch products, leaving it in need of more attention and development to keep up with the rest of the suite.

**Recommendations to others considering Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence:**

Get your budget ready, but it is worth it. As a market research company, we find in Brandwatch an ally. We have created new products around it and we are planning on keep doing business with them.

**What problems is Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conversation tracking, crisis managment, building brand buzz, competitive research, share of voice . These are the main reasons we've been using BrandWatch so far and feel like it has fulfilled  most of our needs. Being able to share dashboards with clients and creating alerts with their emails makes the communication with them easier and makes the decision making process more efficient. Being able to respond timely to customer needs and expectations is key for our business and the clients we work with; Brandwatch helps us achieve that in a way no other platform we have tried before would.

**What do you like best about Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence?**

What I like most about Brandwatch is that it delivers real-time insights and information about social media accounts, and it can turn huge volumes of consumer data into clear, actionable takeaways. It also makes it easier to understand consumer behaviour and sentiment around an account, so the overall picture is straightforward to interpret.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence?**

I dislike the minor glitches that we face overall on a daily basis, like use of commas for numbers instead of points, makin it defficult to understand what the real number is. There have been instances where scheduled posts fails to publish and notify. Another thing would be that while posting some content fails to load because of the size issue whereas if I post the same creative using the platform it accepts the post.

**What problems is Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the main problem that the platform is solving is basically understanding what consumers actually think at scale and in real time. It helps brands track conversations, sentiment, trends, competitor activity, crises, and audience behavior across millions of online sources.

For me, it affects the way I approach strategy, because instead of relying on assumptions, I can make decisions backed by real consumer insights. It helps identify trending conversations, understand audience sentiment, benchmark competitors, and spot potential risks early. As someone working in digital marketing and social media strategy, it makes campaign planning, content creation, and reporting much more data-driven and efficient. Because of this I usually get a lot of praise from the clients that im handling.

**What do you like best about Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence?**

What I like most about Brownwashed Customer Intelligence is that it is a tool that allows you to integrate and connect accounts to expand a conversation and obtain a greater amount of data. Thanks to this, with the programming of queries, I can obtain information on this specific topic and, at the same time, generate reports, create brands, etc., etc.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence?**

The duplication of mentions per query when using this platform is a problem: if I use two different queries, it duplicates the mentions for me. I also miss a button to go back. Not having an option to return to steps I had already taken, or if I made a mistake in any step, the application does not allow me to go back to how it was before. That would be very helpful.

**What problems is Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is part of my day-to-day in my current job. Thanks to this, we can perform brand analysis and digital conversation analysis on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis. Additionally, it allows us to classify sentiment and assign the real sentiment to each mention.

**What do you like best about Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence?**

There is an AI Assistant that you can ask questions to. The implementation of AI into Brandwatch has been slow and doesn't feel forced or flashy. It's nice to know that AI is an option in Brandwatch, not a requirement. There are also new AI tools for responding to comments with options like, improve writing, make shorter, make longer, and fix grammar and spelling. While I don't rely on these often, this tool can be a life saver when I'm unsure how to respond to a comment or post.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence?**

I would love the commenting feature to integrate the templates while you're typing, rather than having to click the drop down and type in/select which template you'd like to use. 

**What problems is Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence solves the issues of monitoring all of the social media notifications in one place for your business, rather than clicking between sights and having to have multiple people logged in to all of the accounts. That keeps productivity high and staying on top of high priority comments easy.

Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence is highly valuable for market research, especially in social listening. It helps us efficiently monitor trending topics, track audience sentiment, and understand real-time conversations around brands and industries. The ability to uncover emerging trends and consumer perceptions supports more informed strategy and content decisions for our clients.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence?**

The dashboard interface could use improvement, since some widgets feel fairly basic and not as visually intuitive as they could be. As a result, it can be harder to interpret insights quickly at a glance. Additionally, the emotion/sentiment classification isn’t always accurate and can occasionally be misleading, so I often need to manually validate the results, which adds extra time to my analysis process.

One of my favorite features is the creation of dashboards, which allows us to have a board with the main indicators in real time. Additionally, we can consult it at any time to support decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence?**

Something that could be a significant improvement would be to have more comprehensive metric options. One of our KPIs is views, but Brandwatch only shows impressions, which limits tracking and analysis according to our needs.

It allows us to have personalized dashboards, used by marketing executives at all levels. Thanks to this, we can make strategic decisions to improve the brand's presence on social media.

I like Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence because it's very powerful, providing the full spectrum of mentions compared to other tools that are sampled. It's valuable as it gives us certainty about the volume of conversation around a specific topic, so we're not guessing the size of it. I also found the initial setup easy.

They could improve the Vizia boards to be more interactive. They lack customizable options and cannot be clicked to select content.

It can be pretty difficult to learn, and the UI isn’t always very helpful or intuitive. We’ve had to take courses just to understand the basic functions and really get up to speed.

We use it every day to better understand consumer sentiment about our brand and how people are responding to it. It’s integrated smoothly into my daily workflow and has become something I rely on regularly. Customer support has also been great whenever we’ve needed help.

One drawback of Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence is that, because the platform is so powerful and comprehensive, there can be a learning curve at first—particularly when it comes to creating advanced queries or fully customizing dashboards. In addition, certain types of analysis require manual adjustments, like optimizing queries or building categories, to reach the highest level of accuracy. This process can be time-consuming for those who are new to the platform. However, once you become comfortable with the system, this flexibility actually turns into one of its greatest strengths rather than a limitation.

Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence addresses the challenge of interpreting vast amounts of fragmented consumer data from social media, forums, and various online sources. Rather than depending on assumptions or waiting for delayed research, it offers real-time insights into what consumers are discussing, feeling, and trending about brands, categories, and competitors.

This tool benefits me by allowing for quicker, data-driven decisions in areas such as strategy, marketing, and innovation. It enables the early identification of emerging trends, the validation of hypotheses using authentic consumer feedback, the monitoring of brand reputation, and the discovery of actionable insights that directly shape campaigns, product development, and business recommendations.
