I like how easy it is to place orders with Brandscope and check what my customers are looking for through non-submitted quick fields. It's also easy to make suggestions and orders for customers. The speed and integration with my sales reports make my work faster. I appreciate the ability to fill quick fields and send PDFs if needed, making the process smooth for my customers as they can easily submit their orders. It's a big help that Brandscope has tools for sending information like Excel spreadsheets with EANs to customers, which they can do themselves. But even if customers don't, I can handle it for them, which is super helpful. The communication tools within Brandscope are great and work perfectly, saving time in my interactions with both customers and the sales team. Training the sales team on Brandscope helps them save us time at the office. Overall, Brandscope is a lot easier to use compared to other B2B tools, especially for placing quick fills which are very helpful when dealing with multiple brands. There was a learning curve at the beginning for using Brandscope, especially since I was one of the first Brandscope customers in Europe and none of our customers knew about it. Initially, it wasn’t easy to convince the customers to use the platform. It took a couple of years for everyone to understand how the platform works and its advantages. It was also an adjustment as other brands joined and started working with the platform, but eventually, it all became easier for the customers. So in fact i don't dislike anything.
