I like that Brandscope provides a clean, professional-looking digital environment for preorders, making it relatively easy to use once you understand it. It's helpful that many other premium brands the retailer stocks are already included on the platform. The preorder system, especially using the buy plan to guide customers from a large range to a smaller, more specific offering, is very useful. Also, being able to show offering drops per month and allowing bookings per month adds significant value. Brandscope is a polished product, much more professional than just completing an Excel sheet, and it consolidates data while simplifying the preorder process. The software itself is superb, even though retailer engagement remains a challenge in our specific market. I give it a 10 out of 10 for its software quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integrating Brandscope with our existing systems isn't the simplest process. The main issue we face is that Brandscope works on a product level SKU, while our systems operate on a variant level SKU. This makes it difficult to interact. It’s really a compatibility issue with our existing ERP systems working with Brandscope's setup, not that one system is better or worse than the other.
