I like the feed and AI features because they help me clearly understand what people are talking about around Supergrow. I open the feed every morning to see what happened and where people mentioned Supergrow, including complaints or opportunities where I need to respond. The Need You tab helps me filter the important discussions where I need to jump in and respond. I find the analytics great and really valuable for understanding weekly and monthly reports. I’ve integrated BrandRobin with Slack to get updates in Slack. The setup was super easy: I just entered my website, and BrandRobin Ai did the rest. It took 2–3 minutes to get everything set up and running and get my first mentions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
