I like that Brandmerch has many different options for swag purchasing, incredibly reasonable prices, and fast turnaround times. They help with our warehouse needs too. They are incredibly responsive, and I get answers to my questions almost immediately. I’ve worked with Brandmerch for 10 years across three different companies, and there’s a reason I keep going back. I find their portal incredibly user friendly, with the entire storefront and available options in one place. I can self-serve everything, or the team will happily suggest and place orders for me. They always have really great ideas for new or trending items and come back with a couple of options when I give them a budget. We never have issues with them, and they proactively reach out if there may be a delay. Setup is incredibly easy, it’s basically just opening a web browser.
