What do you like best about Braintrust AIR?

As a small team, we don't have time to run dozens of screening calls. AIR interviews applicants for us and hands back a short summary and a recording for each one. What do you dislike about Braintrust AIR?

Talking to an AI interviewer can feel stiff, and a couple of good candidates seemed to freeze up. I also wanted more say in how answers get scored, since the summaries don't always show the reasoning. Pricing isn't listed openly either, which makes budgeting harder for a startup. What problems is Braintrust AIR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hiring was eating my week, and as a small team we had no recruiter to filter applicants. AIR handles the first interview round and gives me a ranked shortlist with notes.
