What do you like best about Braintrust AIR?

The combination of convenience and consistency is wow. I didn't have to worry about scheduling a live interview, and I could complete it when I was ready. The platform was easy to navigate, and the overall experience felt straightforward from start to finish. From a hiring perspective, having every candidate go through the same interview flow makes it easier to compare responses fairly. What do you dislike about Braintrust AIR?

In a conversation with a human interviewer, there's usually a little more flexibility to expand on an answer or clarify something. I also think a brief practice interview would be helpful, especially for first-time users. Spending a couple of minutes getting familiar with the format beforehand would help candidates feel more comfortable and allow them to focus on their responses instead of the interview process itself. What problems is Braintrust AIR solving and how is that benefiting you?

There were a few moments where the conversation felt a bit rigid. Once I finished an answer, the interview moved on immediately, even when I felt I had one more point to add.
