What do you like best about BrainLeaf?

What I love about this tool is that it allows me to provide clear descriptions of the work I will provide to my customers. This is the only way to justify the value of the work received as well as the complexity of each project. What do you dislike about BrainLeaf?

It's a bit buggy. They are working on the software making it more user friendly and they are working on some bugs that are frustrating like slow upload of templates but the team is super responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
