I have no complaints about the application since it helps in the utility that is given to each project so that it functions efficiently and satisfactorily. very good interface I have no problem. **What problems is Braid solving and how is that benefiting you?** Briad allowed us to have the facility to work more easily on each of the projects in a more fluid way since it is a project management software and it will always allow us to do what we need and it works with Gmail which makes it go very good way and I have one of the best email messaging controls and events can be done effectively. ### 3. Integrates with keep as well as tasks. Helps to chat instantly and integrate chat messages as tasks and assign them to the members of the grp. I can handle them from one workspace. I do not need to switch from one workspace to another. I can easily manage all the clients so efficiently and effectively. **What do you dislike about Braid?** All the features are very good but there should be some support documents so that users can utilize them effectively. Elegant and streamline design that makes it easy for a person who does not have any background to such apps, The seamless integration with most of the good services is what made it possible to communicate with the team effectively. The project management features are best in class If you want to try it there is even a free version for it. **What do you dislike about Braid?** Personaly I would prefer more customisation of the UI for our organization, other than that there is nothing to complain about. **Recommendations to others considering Braid:** Bring more customisation option for individual organization, **What problems is Braid solving and how is that benefiting you?** For our last project we coordinated with braid and it was a breeze to communicate with, status update and everything was on spot as it had integration with Google and all the members of our team were able to be on the same page even without having to install any heavy software but with just a reliable data connection ### 6. Braid allows you to run a project based on collaboration and communication. I now also use Slack so i think using Braid in line with slack would be extremely easy for all to learn and adapt to. **What do you dislike about Braid?** Other team members lacking use of the program due to minimal info; if too many people need to be involved the notifications sometimes are a bit extreme **Recommendations to others considering Braid:** spend time learning about how the product may benefit you in day to day tasks that may before have been hard to manage **What problems is Braid solving and how is that benefiting you?** it is easier to store information in one area now versus before.
