**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

Box makes file storage and sharing extremely easy and secure. The cloud-based platform is great for team collaboration, with features like real-time editing, version control, and permission-based access. Its integration with tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace enhances productivity. I also appreciate the strong compliance and security measures, especially for handling sensitive documents.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

The user interface can feel a bit outdated and unintuitive for new users. At times, upload speeds are slower than expected, and syncing large folders can be glitchy. The pricing tiers can also be expensive for small businesses or individual users compared to other alternatives.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Box helps solve the problem of fragmented file storage and lack of centralized access across teams. It enables secure document management, version control, and real-time collaboration across departments and locations. This has significantly improved our workflow efficiency, reduced email-based document sharing, and ensured that all team members are working with the most current information. Its compliance and audit features are particularly valuable for meeting regulatory requirements.

  ### 11. Box is GREAT

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David D. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

The seamless integration with so many platforms and the ability for it to replace so many other programs that already exist into one platform.

In addition to all the data being encrypted.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

Haven't found any that I can think up off the top of my head.

Box has been a really awesome thing for our organization.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud storage and being able to collaborate with each other in one platform.
The management of folders and groups is really useful to be able to assign things as needed or share things out to specific departments or associations.
We are considering using Box Forms too for it's useful features.

Overall the admin interface of Box is super easy to use and manage.
Our EUs love Box too.

Box's security is amazing awesome too.

  ### 12. Box for Design Coordination

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex Z. | Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

We used this for architectural and design services. I like that I was able to work on shared files simultaneously with a colleague. We used excel integrated with box and could co edit specifications and schedules for a very large project. It was also very easy to send files to clients and other disciplines. We used this daily for over a year with no problems, and I would certainly recommend it for smaller oeprations.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

The syncing for offline use could improve. It is not as easy to manage what files are always accessible on your computer.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Box let's multiple consultants all have access to the files we need to create complex design projects in the AEC industry. We are easily able to share large files quickly, and manage access and controls. Additionally., box is integrated with a lot of other apps, so as i mentioned, I was able to co create simultaneously with a colleage in microsft excel and other programs. This was good for our small office of freelancers that likes to co-design together.

  ### 13. Secure Storage, but UI Needs TLC

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica D. | Web API Developer, Gambling & Casinos, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

personal assistant—with zero attitude. Clean folder structure, slick collaboration tools, and I don’t have to babysit files. The interface is intuitive enough that even my tech-challenged coworker can handle it (shoutout to Gary).

Most helpful? Definitely the ability to share files without a mess. I can send docs, images, or full project folders with just a few clicks—no guessing games, no "where’d that file go?" panic. Oh, and version history? Life-saver. Especially when someone “accidentally” overwrites my work.

Upsides of using Box? It’s secure, reliable, and makes me feel like I actually have my stuff together. Whether I'm working solo or with a team, it keeps the flow smooth and the stress low. Plus, no random storage limits creeping up when I least expect it.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

What I dislike? The search function sometimes feels like it’s playing hide-and-seek with my files. I type in what I know is there, and Box just stares back like, “Never heard of her.” Also, if you’re juggling a ton of collaborators, permissions can get messy real fast. One wrong setting and suddenly Gary (again) has full editing powers over the master doc. Not cute.

Least helpful? The mobile app. It’s… fine. But “fine” doesn’t cut it when you’re trying to pull up a file mid-meeting and it decides to reload for the eleventh time. Also, syncing between devices isn’t always as snappy as I’d like. Sometimes I feel like I’m outpacing the cloud.

Downsides? If you’re not super organized to begin with, Box doesn’t exactly hold your hand. It’s powerful, but it assumes you're already Type A and ready to build a mini digital empire. Casual users might find it a bit overwhelming or stiff compared to more playful platforms

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Box is like the digital Marie Kondo for your files—it tidies up the chaos and makes collaboration feel smooth and grown-up. With smart file organization, real-time co-editing, and secure sharing, it takes the mess out of teamwork and turns your workspace into a sleek, reliable hub. Whether you’re wrangling a brand campaign or juggling client deliverables, Box keeps it all flowing without the “where’d that file go?” panic. Plus, the version history? Total lifesaver when Gary “accidentally” overwrites your masterpiece again.

But hey, it’s not without its quirks. The search feature sometimes acts like it’s ghosting your files, and permissions can spiral into drama if you’re not meticulous (watch out, Gary). The mobile app’s a bit meh—it’ll get the job done, but don’t count on it under pressure. And if you’re not naturally organized, Box can feel like being handed the keys to a spaceship without the manual. Still, for those who thrive in structured chaos, it’s a powerful ally with just enough sass to make file management... dare I say, fun.

  ### 14. Reliable with Audit Trail, Needs Better Ease of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JulieandCory P.

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

I appreciate the auditable trail for each file, which benefits my work by ensuring that everything can be easily audited. This feature stands out to me as it provides confidence in maintaining records and accountability. Additionally, I love the reliability of Box, as it's never down, ensuring that I always have access to the files and tools I need without interruption.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

I find that the app could work easier. It seems that there are some usability issues or complexities that make the experience less smooth than I would like.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I benefit from an easily auditable trail for each file, ensuring compliance and reliability as Box is never down.

  ### 15. User-Friendly and Feature-Rich File Storage Solution

**What do you dislike about Box?**

Box allows me to organize all files related to a package in one place, making it easy to share them with our clients or customers for comprehensive details.

  ### 16. User-Friendly and Secure, But Video Storage Fills Up Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim C. | Virtual assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

It allows me to store many of my files securely, and it is also very user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

If you store a lot of videos, they will quickly use up most of the available space. However, if you mainly save documents or similar files, you should have plenty of room.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, in my experience using it to save my files, I have not encountered any problems.

  ### 17. Effortless, Secure Collaboration Made Simple

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suraj C. | Assistant Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

This platform is user-friendly, provides strong security, and greatly simplifies the process of sharing and collaborating on files.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

At times, syncing can be sluggish, and I’ve noticed that certain helpful features are only available in the more expensive plans.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Box addresses the problems of having files spread out in different locations, challenges with sharing, and confusion over document versions. By keeping all files securely in one place, it streamlines collaboration and helps everyone stay on the same page, saving time by making sure the most up-to-date document is always accessible.

  ### 18. Unlimited Storage and Seamless Integration Make Box a Standout

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nataporn C. | IT Support, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Box?**

What I like best about Box is its unlimited storage, enterprise-grade security, and seamless integration with all my favorite apps.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

The higher pricing compared to competitors and the steep learning curve for its advanced security features can be challenging.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Box solves data fragmentation and security risks by centralizing all files in one secure cloud, allowing me to collaborate safely with external partners without worrying about data leaks.

  ### 19. Box is My Go-To for Reliable Cloud Storage

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kishore M. | Associate Technical Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

Box provides advanced features like encryption, permission settings, simple to share documents with colleagues and friends, integrates with popular productivity tools and my favorite user friendly interface.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

Bit difficult to integrate with the third party apps, box has to admit it is comparitively slower with their rival applications even with your high pricing especially higher size files, searching is not that accurate and last notification is by default goes to spam which requires extra work for us to list it as not spam in many cases.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me to store some sensitive and important data which i don't trust it to keep it in offline. It helps me with the real time file sharing and i like the version control feature which helps me the drafts. User friendly access control settings and last but not least i can access my files from anywhere.

  ### 20. An innovative and easy-to-use program, but it's aimed at companies and has limited space.

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amr S. | كوميدى دراما دراجيدي, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

The program is easy to use and the idea is out of the box compared to other similar programs.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

It is more for companies than for ordinary people and the space is smaller than other competitors.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are really many unique solutions. I can make summaries in a file containing videos and photos and send them to anyone. It is better than WhatsApp.

  ### 21. Versatile File Storage with Easy-to-Set Templates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Box?**

you can store all types of files. You can use and set up templates

**What do you dislike about Box?**

not a lot of features. too basic. other products do the same

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is acting like more storage for me so i put stuff in there that wont fit in other apps

  ### 22. Very Useful SharePoint for Team Collaboration and Easy Tool Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about Box?**

I don't have any concern nowadays, it is a very good tool

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easy to find any document at a share point shared with all workmates

  ### 23. 10+ Years Using Box, Still the Best ECM Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan S. | Head of Business Operations // Chief of Staff, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

I’m in early-stage startup ops, and one of the firs things I do at a new company is implement box. The security features and the incredible usefulness of Box Drive (on Mac *and* PC, since I switch back and forth daily) really speeds up document filing and discovery. I build data rooms for fundraising, customer folders for revops; integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce — everything just works.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

The Drive integration on Windows could be better, I feel like getting a share link (which I’m doing constantly) is one or two more steps than I’d want it to be. (This is minor, but it does bug me.)

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secure storage with lightning fast filing for employee files, legal, contracts, fundraising docs, etc.

  ### 24. Box - One of the best Cloud storage for having data on cloud

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ALISHETTI S. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Box?**

I like the stable interface and its secure cloud storage solution.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

I feel that it should have more API features to automate some processes.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a platform for our developers to store and share project document.
It also solves user management and access control.

  ### 25. Great Integration with Workamajig, but File Size Limits Without Upgrade

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cindy V. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

Box integrates with our project management software, Workamajig, for seamless upload and download of files

**What do you dislike about Box?**

File size limitations unless you pay for a higher package.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Box works as our cloud server. It connects with our project management software so we don't have to upload or download files to a separate server (physical or cloud). This saves our team significant time with file management.

  ### 26. User-Friendly and Spacious with Effortless Usability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Irfan S. | Assistant General Manager - BIM Design, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

Easy to use, Ample of space available, User friendly interface

**What do you dislike about Box?**

The app doesn't allow to login directly through the google account

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Storage of my important files and access them from anywhere.

  ### 27. Challenging Transition: Needs Better Stability and User Experience

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Machinery | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

the idea of it is good but needs work. our company just switched over to box 100%. i find it extremely challanging

**What do you dislike about Box?**

alot. i dont think it is very user friendly. it is very sensitive. it goes down alot. it freezes or kicks you out.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personally, i dont think it is benefitting at all. I do not have a say in my companys decision making for these types of things

  ### 28. Effortless File Sharing for Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wesley T. | Assistant Researcher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

I loved how easy it is to share files across all of the team members when doing groupwork.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

I think it could at least be a bit easier to access all the menus and personalize the sharing settings.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think Box has increase the accessibility for storage over the past couple years so more people can sotre files on box.

  ### 29. Frustrating Experience with Box's Overpriced Service

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael W. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

When we stop using it

**What do you dislike about Box?**

Box keeps sending emails saying we're over our seat count and threatening to shut down our account, even though we're not over the count. We're looking for a replacement because the service feels overpriced for something so basic. The customer success team acts more like bill collectors rather than being actually helpful.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Box doesn't solve problems for me. It's overpriced, and customer support acts like bill collectors.

  ### 30. BOX gets the job done, but is a huge animal to deal with if it doesn't meet your needs

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Box?**

BOX allows us to store files on a cloud server, providing easy and instant access worldwide, including support for mobile devices and desktop access. Our business account has infinite storage, so there is no worry about running out or upgrading space. The interface is easy to understand, and most users adapt very quickly. I generally require very little training.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

Box has waterfall permissions for files, which you should understand before signing up. You cannot restrict files within a folder that someone can access at a higher level. Waterfall permissions can make file organization somewhat challenging. Additionally, add-ons to BOX are quite expensive. BOX advertises all this awesome stuff you can do, but you don't realize that a lot of it is a costly add-on until later. Once you activate the add-on, there is no trial period. You are stuck paying for it for a year, even if the add-on doesn't work for you. Finally, I feel that BOX caters more to large organizations than to small businesses.
Finally, with the advent of 4K video and better technology, it's getting harder and harder to upload large videos. You have to pay more, and you can't upgrade for just one user. So, if you have 30 users and only one needs to upload large videos, you have to pay extra for everyone.

**Recommendations to others considering Box:**

Understand waterfall permissions before starting! If you prefer Local permissions for folders, consider Egnyte. As a small business, sometimes I wish we had gone with Egnyte instead of BOX, but we chose BOX because we wanted to use BOX Relay. After one year of paying for Relay, we found out it wouldn't work for us, and we couldn't get out of it. Be sure to calculate the FULL cost PER USER for all the extra stuff you need. The base price does not include migration assistance, BOX relay, BOX governance, or many other features. Once you have over 800 GB of data and over 50 users in 3 continents (massive for our small company, the thought of switching and migrating and re-teaching a new system is unpalatable. So once you are "ALL IN" you don't have a great way to get back out again without some heavy lifting (or money to pay for someone else to migrate and teach everyone).

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have an FTP server, which allowed you to upload and download files, but not manipulate them. It was a time-sucker. Once we expanded the clients, it wasn't too usable. All the rest of the company files were stored on a local server, and remote desktop access could only be used by one person at a time, and would always go down. It was a mess! BOX changed everything, with instant 24/7 access to all files, regardless of who needs them. I can also access everything on the go, which is crucial; I'm not tied to a home desktop system. BOX can also notify you when someone comments or uploads content, so you have a lot of oversight into what's happening with your files (if you can keep up with it!) BOX is quite versatile, and with the function, I have no complaints. I just wish we knew more about how it worked before going "all in." Once you're "all in," getting out is a significant leap.

  ### 31. Effortless Collaboration and Top-Notch Security with Box

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

Box stands out for its user-friendly interface and effortless file sharing capabilities. The platform’s robust security measures and smooth integrations help teams collaborate efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

Some users have noticed that syncing large files can occasionally be slow, and the pricing might seem a bit high for smaller teams. Additionally, there is a minor learning curve when it comes to using the more advanced features.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Box enables organizations to securely store, organize, and share files within a single, centralized location. With straightforward access controls, smooth collaboration features, and robust integrations with other tools, it streamlines content management and enhances team productivity.

  ### 32. IT Specialist

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel R. | IT Field Service Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

What I like best about Box is how simple it makes sharing and collaborating on files. The version history and strong security features give peace of mind, and everything just works smoothly with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

What I dislike about Box is the upload size limit on lower plans and the higher price compared to other storage options. The desktop sync app can also be a little clunky at times.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Box keeps my files organized, secure, and easy to share. It saves time, prevents version mix-ups, and makes team collaboration seamless.

  ### 33. Excellent for Document Archiving and File Sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amaury C. | Founder, Public Policy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

Box serves well as a tool for archiving documents and sharing files. I find it useful for both storing important information and distributing files when needed.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

The free account offers limited storage space, which can be a drawback for users who need to store more files.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Box effectively addresses the challenge of real-time collaboration, making it much easier for teams to work together seamlessly.

  ### 34. Real-Time Collaboration That Saves Us Time AND Money!

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

Being able to have teammates simultaneously work on the same document has saved us so much time!

**What do you dislike about Box?**

It can take some time to mentally switch from Google Docs to any other system

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has saved us so much time and money by switching all of our associates to Box. We can share all kinds of documents, collaborate on all kinds of projects, and control the access levels as necessary.

  ### 35. Easy Way to Share Stuff with Peers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scarlet Melissa S. | Training Coordinator CCS Tech Rep, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Box?**

Box has a simpler and more user-friendly ecosystem, which permits the upload of files in a more organized and easy-to-locate way. Also, the option of signing documents is beneficial when it comes to having a bunch of people sign a document and not needing to send individual emails.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

The only thing I would say is that it takes a little longer to upload files, compared, for example, to OneDrive.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps me from having to send individual files or folders to my peers in order to share content. I'm a training coordinator, so I constantly am creating content and this is the easiest way to share it with my team.

  ### 36. Great for Teamwork, But Struggles with Large Files

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alison Z. | Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

Collaboration with teams. Strict access controls.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

Performance with large files. Box notes feel clunky.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manage large volumes of business-critical documents.

  ### 37. A really nice file sharing platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aurelian Z. | Embedded Linux Software Developer (Networking - Linux Embedded, C++), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

I have been using Box for a couple of years now, and I really like it. I actually started from the beginning when they were offering 50 GB of free space for people who were joining. What's interesting is that after so many years, they didn't cut this. Big like for them. Other than that, the platform has anything you'd need to do your job.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

I'm using a normal Box account, and sometimes I find it quite slow. I have a 1 Gbps fiber optic connection at home, so this is not the reason why it's slow. But to be honest, it's free and I don't care if I need a couple of seconds more to upload a file to the server.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not using Box for my business or for work. At work I'm using a different solution. But I like Box for personal use. It provides all the features I need and I take care of the security aspects personally.

**What do you like best about Box?**

Security, and I still keep saving lots of space on my computer.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

Nothing I can think about now. I like everything, I do not dislike anything at all.

  ### 40. Online Filing System - Does what it needs to do

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

My favorite part about Box is that it lists the version history of documents, and who uploaded them. This is important because it allows me to see each version of a shared document, which the team usually opens online to edit. I love that we do not lose the previous versions. I also enjoy that even on private collaboration folders, I can share a link to those outside of the group.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

It really is mostly online storage, so I think a few additional features would help. I would like to be able to make my own folder to gather collaboration folders owned by others, so I can organize them how I'd like.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its an online storage, where we keep everything from marketing materials to pricing. It is our central hub for all documents.

Costs are higher than I like given the size of storage and do not really want AI.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Storage and collaboration on very large files.

  ### 45. Box Just Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Box?**

I think the most helpful thing about box is its user interface. It’s pretty easy to navigate and I believe anybody who is new to technology can adopt using the center interface quite easy. It is also pretty intuitive and you can sync it with your file explorer.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

I believe waterfall permissions makes it a little bit difficult to isolate permissions through box.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe the retention policy for a box is really helpful for our company. We constantly have users accidentally delete files and users can just go to the trash to recover the file.

  ### 46. good tool but slow sometimes

The ease of operation and ability to retrieve and share files on mobile.

**What do you dislike about Box?**

At tie the uploading duration is slower then we would like but this is not a huge issue at all.

**Recommendations to others considering Box:**

I am unaware of any options that allow for larger files to be uploaded. Believe we currently have a max file limit of 5GB. This would be key with some of out larger files we cannot compress.

**What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use BOX daily for sharing of all files on our internal teams as well as with clients across a multitude of projects.

  ### 48. Box is very useful for me
