What do you like best about BOTNATION AI?

I love the ease of use of the service and the fact that my questions always get answers from support! They are always available and advise me on how to improve my chatbots. When I suggest features, they listen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BOTNATION AI?

The weak point might be the Facebook/GMail connection without other options. For example, a LinkedIn connect would be great for a B2B tool of this type! But I have no doubt that the team is already working on the issue ;) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BOTNATION AI:

Even though this service is not aimed at developers, there is still a logic to grasp! In this sense, I advise you to carefully read the documentation and watch the webinars before you start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BOTNATION AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am collecting leads through a chatbot. I noticed a 30% increase in form completions even though the traffic hasn't changed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
