What do you like best about Botkeeper?

I really appreciate Botkeeper for its AI-driven transaction categorization that efficiently handles large volumes of vendor transactions for our small-business clients. It learns vendor patterns and auto-posts entries to QuickBooks, saving us countless hours on manual work. The Bot Review dashboard is also a standout feature, as it neatly flags any transaction exceptions, allowing my team to quickly address them. By reducing our repetitive manual data entry work, Botkeeper frees up time for more important tasks like tax planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Botkeeper?

Botkeeper's AI matching still makes frequent classification errors for our Austin clients with mixed-use business expenses. It lacks built-in Texas-specific tax form templates, and its Zapier connectivity is spotty when syncing multi-client QuickBooks ledgers. We cannot rely on it fully for US GAAP compliance, so our team manually reviews every set of books before tax filing season for our small-business portfolio.
