What do you like best about BotBuz?

A few things I like most about the BotBuz are below:

1. No-Code Chatbot Builder: With a clean UI of the Bot, businesses can create the bot with the knowledge of the coding

2. Multi-Channel Integration: BotBuz provides the connection between different social media, e-commerce platforms, AI Tools and Payment Gateway

3.There is a smooth transition conversation from chatBot to human agents when complex queries are raised.

4. ROI and Performacne are very good of the product that can be easily afforded, and it is from the India origin so price and performance are very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BotBuz?

There are few things which I dislike the most:

1. Without proper training, bots may end up sounding too robotic or fail to handle nuanced or frustrating situations for the users.

2. Reporting and Data Analytics tools are basic compared to enterprise-grade platforms.

3.Botbuz is work well for small and medium business but large enter prize may find it difficult with high-volume traffic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BotBuz solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer support overload - many businesses are now struggling with repetitive questions and answers, but after implementing this Bot will provide the answers
