I have been using BotBuz for quite some time and my experience is wonderful. I use it to engage with my customers, and the bot takes care of all the chatting and basic introductions, saving me time and filtering out potential real customers. It's a must-try app if you have a small or even large business. I specifically like the response time and the smart responses it gives when a customer types a particular keyword. Another feature I appreciate is the transfer of chatbot support to human support when needed.
