What do you like best about Bot Libre?

Botlibre is an open source chatbot in java/javascript, with scripting in self a new language and AIML. It is very easy to use and train and has support for automated email, SMS, Skype, slack, Alexa, Google, and IBM Watson integration. It is powerful, trained with wiki data and very powerful. What do you dislike about Bot Libre?

the text to animation is not open-source yet and it is lacking many actions for chat-bots available. The platinum subscription support, however, provides customization of bots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Bot Libre:

Botlibre is a great platform for UX/UI on your website and can also be custom hosted. It is easy to develop yourself and has good support. It is Canadian and a very robust product, I even used it in mental health research and the bot is dead stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bot Libre solving and how is that benefiting you?
