What do you like best about Borlabs Cookie?

The plugin is very easy to configure (there are detailed video instructions for this) and what I particularly like as a designer is that the cookie notice can be customized very well in terms of color. The support responds very quickly and is friendly and competent. I have been using the plugin on several websites for five years now and have always been satisfied. What do you dislike about Borlabs Cookie?

What problems is Borlabs Cookie solving and how is that benefiting you?
