What do you like best about Bopup?

What I like most about Bopup is how reliable and straightforward it is for secure internal messaging. The system is easy to deploy, even in environments with multiple departments or strict security requirements. I appreciate that everything is centralized, which makes user management and message control simple. It’s one of those tools that just works consistently without needing constant maintenance. What do you dislike about Bopup?

One downside is that the user interface feels a bit dated compared with modern cloud-based chat apps. It’s functional, but it could be more polished. Mobile support is available, but it’s not as seamless as the desktop experience. Updates are steady, but I’d love to see more UI modernization and expanded cross-platform features. What problems is Bopup solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bopup’s biggest upside is the security and control it provides. Messages are stored on-premises, which is ideal for companies that cannot use cloud chat tools. It also integrates well with Active Directory, so adding users and managing permissions is quick. The audit logs and message history features are especially useful for internal compliance.
