What do you like best about Boom Image Studio?

Great customer service, very quick to respond. We've been able to scale our image content by at least 10x with destinations all over the world. Quality of shoots is excellent and they handle all of the post production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boom Image Studio?

I don't have any dislikes. This isn't really a negative, but because they're based out of Italy, there are occasionally time zone challenges, but we worked that out very quickly. All of the reps I've worked with have been very flexible and there is also 24 hour support available as needed. This hasn't been an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Boom Image Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we had a hard time scaling up our image content initiatives. Finding, negotiating, and scheduling different photographers across the world was time-consuming and quality was inconsistent.
