What do you dislike about Booksy Biz?

Depending on your settings you choose, I will sometimes be bombarded by texts and or emails regarding my appointment. These are helpful, but can be excessive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Booksy Biz solving and how is that benefiting you?

Booksy allows customers to create their own booking without sending an email or calling by phone to set up an appointment. There is no risk of missing out on contact with a customer, or having them wait to hear a reply of a confirmed booking. Cancellations are very easy as well, and both parties are notified of changes, scheduling, and cancellations very easily and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
