What do you like best about BookOne PMS?

I really like that BookOne PMS helps me gain insights into the bookings I receive and from which platform. It's fantastic that it completely removes overbookings from the OTAs where I'm listed. I also appreciate that it allows me to fully allocate rooms as they become available, ensuring guest payments and messages are automated, so everyone stays on the same page. What do you dislike about BookOne PMS?

It should allow me to read my messages that I get from the OTAs directly in the channel manager so I don't have to open the OTAs every now and then for the messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
