The reward system is engaging and encourages collaboration and employee morale across teams. I like how seamless the platform is to navigate, whether using it through Slack or Microsoft Edge. Bonusly motivates me to work more because of the recognition I receive, which comes from both peers and managers. I like that I can save up my points and redeem them for vouchers whenever I want, and I find the Grab food voucher very useful and helpful.
