What do you like best about Bonterra OneCause?

The support from the team and the system itself; however, I used to like the Mobile Bidding a lot more than Platform. It was a really hard change. I would recommend OneCause to everyone but it would-be nice to see some of the goodness of Mobile Bidding integrated into Platform. For example: I have been working with events for the past 8 years and the most frustrating thing is to have so click into different places to be able to get things I need to do. It would be great if everything was "supporter centralized" a supporter for us in the event world would be either an organization or an individual. So from that supporter we should be able to see their history, transactions, payments, receipts, etc--instead of having to go to many different places in the system to do this. What do you dislike about Bonterra OneCause?

Platform is very complicated and as I said before -- ideally in the nonprofit event world we are very "supporter" based so it is inconvenient to have to have 2 menus (the skinny menu and the event menu) plus having to go to several places to get one thing done for one supporter. Also the fact that a supporter can't be a company is not ideal A supporter should be a company/organization or an individual. It was nice to work in Mobile Bidding version because I could always go to the supporter which could be a company or person and from there post a payment, enter a profile, see a receipt, and the only thing missing there was being able to directly post a donation but it was easy enough of a workaround - now everything is in so many different places it gets confusing. At least we should be able to have links out of a supporter to take us to the places we need to use like "find a receipt, post a donation, enter a payment, add the address (mailing and billing)" ALL FROM THE SAME PLACE. I have already used Platform for about a year now and still don't get used to the lack of centralization and having a supporter focused strategy. That is what was fun about OneCause and why I fell in love with Mobile Bidding. I do not dislike everything about Platform but its truly complicated and it should be more user friendly. I like the analytics part. But it could be so much better knowing what I know about events and who is working them (the admins). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
