What do you like best about Bonterra GiveGab?

Customer support is beyond compare. We have saved 100's of staff hours utilizing GiveGab's amazing support. No longer are we becoming software support for 4 months of the year prior to our giving day... they do what they're experts at leaving you to do the things in which you are the expert. What do you dislike about Bonterra GiveGab?

That they are in NY and not down the hall! But seriously, there are no complaints. Follow up and responsiveness is a 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bonterra GiveGab solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use GiveGab exclusively for our annual giving day where we raise in excess of 12 million in 24 hours. Their ability to problem solve with us and come up with the best solutions as well as access to their development team who is constantly streamlining and making improvements makes all the difference.
