What do you like best about Bonterra EveryAction?

It’s easy to set up donation pages, newsletters, and events all in one platform. The newsletter features, such as drag and drop, and branding, makes it easy to put together an attractive newsletter. During the legislative session, we use the advocacy feature to help supporters connect with elected officials. The fact that the elected officials are automatically updated saves me so much time and research. I'm setting up my first peer-to-peer campaign, and the step-by-step guidance is extremely helpful. What do you dislike about Bonterra EveryAction?

The menu is not always intuitive. However, it has improved since I started using it. For example, I didn't realize there was a peer-to-peer fundraising option until I searched for it. Even though I've been using it for almost two years, there is still a lot to learn. Bonterra Central has been very helpful since it launched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bonterra EveryAction solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we switched to Bonterra EveryAction, we didn't have an easy way to connect our supporters to elected officials. Now we can send an email alert, and with the click of a button, they can send their message. It has increased participation. Also, we were using one platform for fundraising and donor management and another for the newsletter. Now we can manage our lists, donors, and contacts all in one.
