I think BomControle has many manual processes, which can be a bit tiring. In the issuance of product notes, especially in the taxation part, everything is manual, and it would be good to have something more dynamic. Additionally, before issuing a service note, it would be useful to have a preview to check and correct any errors. This would make the system more efficient and less prone to errors, something I've seen in other platforms, like the city hall's, where the system automatically calculates taxes, including withholding and everything else.
