What do you like best about Bolster?

Bolster gets me access to talent outside of my own professional network. On top of that, even though I knew what qualities I was looking for in a new board member, they were a valuable partner to me in guiding the interview process, helping me narrow my selection criteria, and determining compensation.

What do you dislike about Bolster?

Still growing their network so might not have as much around the fringes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bolster solving and how is that benefiting you?

I worked with Bolster to find an independent board director, and was able to find exactly what I needed in less than 30 days. Their network of executives allowed me to source qualified candidates quickly, and helped me to bring a valuable new voice onto my board quicky. They produced 5 quality candidates and intentionally varied by experience so I could get a cross slection and go on a guided journey. They we're well advised to do so, I found someone who didn't immediate fit my initial profile but after meeting her, it unlocked other needs I didn't realize and it's been an amazing fit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
