We previously used Skyslope for ten years for office auditing, which was a nice platform. But I feel like switching to BoldTrail BackOffice has been better because it's faster, I don't have to manually enter in as much information to get a new transaction started, it splits documents well, and it has been easy to learn. Sometimes when I'm splitting out a document, I have to manually type in the task a document needs to attach to, rather than it showing up automatically in the drop down box. It just adds an extra step, but it's not a big deal. It's just figuring out ways to make more efficient functions that the platform doesn't do automatically through AI.
