I like having a lot of the systems we use in one place. I can create document templates and customize paperwork to match our standards, and the document library syncs with Texas forms. I can also charge agents their monthly fees and pay out their commissions. Having it all in one place is easier than using separate programs for documents and signing, approvals, and payments. I wish BoldTrail BackOffice would process the agents’ 1099s at the end of the year. When I put two checkboxes on a document, it either requires both to be checked or doesn’t require either, but I need one option to be selected. Setup was time-consuming because I wanted a lot of customizations, though it could be faster if you’re not as picky as me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
