I just love that I centralized everything with BoldTrail BackOffice. Having a single hub where I can track transaction files, compliance documents, and commission calculations all in one place makes coordinating between agents, brokers, and our clients so much smoother. The interface is really clean, and having a reliable system is important for me. It's really good to have a central place for everything. The rest of the app is absolutely amazing. I don't like that when you split the window, one of the panels on the right side doesn't hide, which makes it narrow. I need it to hide to have more space. It wasn't easy to set up BoldTrail BackOffice initially. It was a bit difficult at the beginning to learn everything, and it would be easier if there was a tutorial or something similar.
