What do you like best about Bold Reports?

What I like best about Bold Reports is how much time it saves us when creating and delivering reports to customers. The report designer is highly flexible and allows us to build complex, professional reports without having to develop reporting functionality from scratch. The ability to embed reports directly into our application has significantly improved the user experience for our customers.

One of the biggest benefits has been the scheduling and automation features, which reduce the manual effort required to generate and distribute reports. Instead of spending hours preparing reports, we can automate recurring tasks and focus on more valuable activities.

An unexpected benefit has been the level of customization available. We've been able to tailor reports to meet specific customer requirements while maintaining a consistent reporting framework. The performance and scalability have also allowed us to handle larger datasets without compromising the user experience.

What do you dislike about Bold Reports?

At this stage, I haven't encountered any major issues with Bold Reports. The platform has met our reporting requirements well, and the features we've used have performed reliably. Implementation, customization, and report delivery have all worked as expected, and the support team has been responsive when needed.

Like any enterprise software, there is a learning curve when exploring more advanced functionality, but this is outweighed by the flexibility and capabilities the platform provides. What problems is Bold Reports solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to find a replacement for a reporting system that was being phased out, and Bold Reports has successfully provided all the functionality we relied on in the legacy platform, along with a number of additional capabilities that have enhanced our reporting offering.

The biggest benefit has been the ability to transition to a modern reporting solution without compromising on features or disrupting our users. Bold Reports supports the reporting requirements we already had while also providing greater flexibility for report design, automation, scheduling, and embedding reports directly within our application.

This has reduced development effort, streamlined our reporting workflow, and given us opportunities to deliver new functionality that wasn't available in our previous solution.
