What do you like best about Bókun?

It iease to implement. It includes a wide range of online travel agencies and distribution channels. Allows to do deep analysis of the data. Beautiful, customizable user-friendly interface. It helps businesses manage bookings and operations efficiently without needing advanced technical skills. The platform offers customizable booking widgets that can be easily embedded into websites, enabling seamless online booking experiences for customers. Pretty simple integration with 3rd-party products. In terms of company goals the frequency of use can be: daily, weekly, monthly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bókun?

1) Bókun charges a commission-based fee for bookings made through their distribution network, which might be a drawback for operators with high volumes of bookings, as costs can add up over time.

2) Depending on the plan, the level of customer support may be limited. Some users have reported that responses from the support team can be slow, which could be problematic if urgent issues arise.

What problems is Bókun solving and how is that benefiting you?

I control the quanity and he priority of the tours. So if i see that tour get good engagement and the anither is not, so I can compare and improve the second one. And it could be on the any level.
