What do you like best about boilr.ai?

The automated job spotting saves a ton of time – instead of manually scouring job boards, relevant leads come straight to the team. The signal-based prioritization helps focus on the most promising opportunities first. The interface is clean and it integrates smoothly into existing workflows. What do you dislike about boilr.ai?

The initial setup takes some time – about a day plus 1-2 iterations to fine-tune everything. But honestly then the results are so accurate afterwards. What problems is boilr.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Boilr eliminates the manual lead research in recruitment and for my team. Instead of spending hours scanning job portals, me and my team get qualified leads automatically and can reach out to companies before competitors do. This speeds up the sales cycle significantly and improves conversion rates.
