Incidents are organized in a better way in the system. There are lots of filters available to get the best result. the incidents can also be extracted using some queries Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Though the incidents can be used with queries to get the best result possible, generating those queries is not easy enough. So need to thin on this if this can be made easy for users to generate the queries using some UI fields and options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
