What do you like best about BMC Helix Operations Management with AIOps?

What I like most is how it helps reduce the number of alerts I need to go through manually. The event correlation makes it easier to identify which alerts are actually related to the same issue, so I can focus on the ones that need attention instead of checking everything individually. What do you dislike about BMC Helix Operations Management with AIOps?

What I dislike most is the initial setup. There are quite a few configurations to go through before everything works the way we need, and it takes some time to get familiar with the platform. The learning curve is definitely noticeable for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BMC Helix Operations Management with AIOps solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, the main problem it solves is dealing with the large number of alerts and figuring out which ones actually need attention. I use the event correlation and root cause analysis to narrow down related alerts and understand where an issue is coming from.
