What do you like best about BMC AMI Ops?

I like BMC AMI Ops’ intuitive, modern web interface and real-time alerting. They make complex mainframe metrics straightforward to navigate, so experienced systems programmers and newer engineers can diagnose issues quickly without getting lost in green screen. I also value the AI-driven predictive insights and automated root-cause analysis. They help me catch anomalies before they turn into outages and save my team hours of troubleshooting. What do you dislike about BMC AMI Ops?

I found the initial setup, configuration, and threshold tuning could involve a steep learning curve, especially in a complex legacy mainframe environment. Customizing alerting rules and integrating across subsystems took fine-tuning.
